"Fantastic!!!! Loved every minute of the vacation. The best thing was that the villa was way beyond what we were expecting. It is very clean and modern and we all really loved it. Good internet connection and loads of TV channels. Pool area just magical, best family holiday we've ever had.
We will DEFINITELY book again!!!! Thanks a bunch!

| "Top Shelf!!!
Iīve stayed in many places in Orlando, since I have business to take care of. Unfortunately did I stay at places where Roaches and Black Widows where not uncommon. Since I have my wife (very!! picky and intolerant when it comes to cleanliness) and children with me, it is always frustrating not being able to find places which suit our needs. I need Internet since I have a business in Germany and therefore have to work everyday.
So when we arrived at Keithīs Place we expected the usual "... you guys will find that everything is absolutely bla bla bla bla....."
This time we where blown away (even my wife!!) trust me. People hate us for being the way we are. Anyway, this place is so Grand we have already made plans to go and stay at the place again, this summer. (By the way, forget to book this summer, cause we are there, mid July til beginning of August).
We have not met them yet, but I hope we will this summer, we have spoken many times and Emailed each other, I like Keith very much and always had the feeling it was important for him that we where fine. I told him how we are and he promised that my agonies of the past would be over. Well, he was the first person, to me, who proved that there are places that suit people like us.
If they, and Iīm sure they will, keep this level up, YOU should definately stay at this place and nowhere else. The price is without doubt really good. No need to bargain, itīs worth it. Like I said before Iīve seen other places.
Everything is spotless clean. No dead insects, roaches, spiders.
Furnitures are of very good quality. Lots of rooms, even one made up for children. Alarmsystem, so no need to fear for valuables. Very nice and safe area.
Nice to walk around.
Clean houses and gardens all around.
The alligator, (my kids and wife where terrified at first) swims in the pond at the back is fun and interesting to look at. My kids and wife even went up to about 20 meters to film and take pictures. He just looked and came a little closer but heīs only about 4 ft and everyone in the area knows him. I think they call him Arnie or so. We call him Crokie.
Back to the house.
The dishes and cutlery are of very good quality. All rooms are in detail and of very good taste. (I wish I knew how to decorate a home like they know).
The double garage, always a sign whether someone takes care of the place, was spotless clean.
The pool and whirlpool where clean and ready to jump in, however in March it was only 21° C. and we thought it was a little too cold, but in summer there is no holding us back.
Furniture outside as well as the rest where new and not broken. Area clean.
TVīs everywhere, even had special programs and all in all around 250 channels.
Internet, wireless, worked very good, round about 2m/bit.
We took our own blankets since we expected the usual. What a waste, we wont be doing that again.
Towels, pillows everything is there and yes clean.
All in all if you are in need of a place where you donīt want any surprises, then you have found the right place to start your deserved holiday,
Disney is 20 min by car. Airport around 30, beaches in 70 min Eastcoast and 50 the other way. Supermarkets like Wallmart in 6 miles, Restaurants all within 10 minutes by car on US192.
Iīll be back. Probably more than this summer. I donīt need to look further. Iīm not taking anymore chances."

"What a beautiful villa! we loved everything about it!!! Glad we took our time when choosing as it worked out perfectly.
We're all hooked on Florida and can't wait to come back next year. The place is exactly as described, clean, modern and wonderful views, wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else.

"What a wonderful xmas we had at your beautiful villa. We feel very lucky to have picked this fantastic home as it far exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern and in a quiet area but close to everything.
I think the kids liked the pool better than Disney!!! Great pool area with a fantastic view. (small croc in the lake,amazing entertainment!!!!!!!!!!!!)

"We knew as soon as we opened the door we'd got it right! Beautiful villa and fantastic setting. Spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully. The kids loved the pool and their bedroom and it was heaven relaxing in the jacuzzi at night after being at the parks all day! Disney was all we imagined it would be and all in all it was a wonderful holiday.

We stayed in this immaculate villa for 6 week's in March/April last year.
Obviously brand new and beautifully furnished we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to spend our extended break from the cold! Close to everything you need (Disneyland,shopping malls,restuarants etc)but is quiet and private at the same time.Pool area is just fantastic with lovely views of a lake and conservation.Thank's for a lovely time.
