We had an amazing time! The apartment is beautiful and it was really clean. We had everything we need and the neighborhood was good. We rented a car, but you can do everything by foot.
We would love to come again sometime!"

We had a good all round holiday and would highly recommend rental of this apartment. It was within easy reach of the airport and only 15 mins walk in a straight line to Purto Banus, and just a short drive to some good beaches which were less crowded than those within Purto Banus itself. The apartment was very well presented, had everything you would need and very spacious. Balconies to the front and back with great views of the mountains and sea to the front. It was also very quiet and felt secure. Underground parking was also provided which was good as it kept the car nice and cool and again secure. There are many restaurants and bars on your doorstep or a short stroll so there is no need to go into the main port every night and a number of supermarkets also within walking distance. All in all a lovely holiday and I would say early June is a good time of year to go. Purto Banus is great from people watching but a party town so don't expect something quaint and quiet as you will not get it!"

| "We had a lovely short break. The appartment had everything that you needed. It was very clean with all the mod cons and a great choice in balconies, sun all day. It was ideally located with some lovely restaurants within walking distance and they were very reasonably priced.
You could walk down into Puerto Banus but taxis were very easy to call.
We had the best of both worlds, quiet if you wanted and the nightlife if thats what you are after.
We will definatly be visiting again.

Just a note to say we had a great ten days staying at the apartment in August 08. Weather was fantastic, the apartment was clean, spacious and in close proximity to the supermarket, a good Italian restaurant and of course the town itself. Evenings on the terrace with that view were great. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend the apartment and the area to friends.

We loved the view from the different terraces, looking out to the sea ant to the beautiful montains.
We only regretted the place in the underground garage was much to small ( you only can park a really small car )"

Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our time in Puerto Banus.
We found the apartment clean and tidy when we arrived.
We didn't know what to do with the food we had left over in the fridge, so
not sure whether the cleaner just threw it away, or left for next people.
Unfortunately we did leave some bread which we forgot to throw away. So if
it was you following us in sorry about that.
We felt better when we found the local bus no 4 which would bring us up the
hill back to the apartment. It was hard work in an afternoon with
temperatures of 30 walking up there.
Anyway good time was had.

| "We were pleasently surpised with the value for money and quality of the apartment.
Its an excellent location if you are thinking of staying in puerto banus as the aprtment is oly a 15 min walk from the marina so you have the best of both worlds.
We are definitly going back next year puerto banus is perfenct for 20 somethings looking for sun, sea and a good night out.
Only downside is the prices and the main marina part is really expensive and are london prices.
The apartment was lovely, really clean and had beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.
Only thing was alot of the lights didnt work!!
Also the pool lost the sun at around 5pm because of the height of the apartment blocks.
Overall though the apartment was really nice and spacious and perfect for 2 couples as you have 2 ensuite bathrooms.
Check out the restuarant opposite Senoria de aloha, its a gorgeous italian that is much cheaper than the restaurants at the marina and the food is better too.
Also the water park in torremlinos is great if you like that sort of thing. Its a 45 min drive and about £15 to get in, its well worth the trip and we went twice.
All in all a great holiday.

I know that i stayed in your apartment almost 2 months ago now but I just want to let you know that we had a ball!!!
The apartment was better than we expected and closer to the front line than we originally thought! Just one point though... it might be a good idea to put more leaflets in the apartment about the local area! if you could compile a basic welcome guide just to let people know where exactly to go, bars, restaurants, shops etc.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay very much and would definately consider returning to your apartment,

"Hello Barry,
We had a fantastic holiday.
Our expectation were met and the apartment was very clean. It was equipped to our standards and there was enough linnen etc. There isn't anything that we could moan about, other than the air conditioning until in the down stairs bedroom either didn't work or we were unable to work it, but didn't cause too much of a problem.
The location was fine, not to far to walk into the harbour, only when we were drunk with heels on! The airport transfers were fine and the taxi guys were really friendly.
The holiday in whole was excellent and we would not hesitate in staying in your apartment again next year.
