| "Excellent villa, very clean with a fantastic pool. The property was located in a quiet area of the complex but we were able to walk into the village within ten minutes to enjoy all the facilities. The tapas bar El Roble is our favourite.
The neighbours who meet you when you arrive were very helpful and were on hand if we required anything. The whole experience from booking to our departure was first-class."

| "Definitely recommend this place. We very much enjoyed our holiday. The villa was very nice, as was the entire resort. We had a very comfortable stay, with plenty of kitchen equipment, towels, comfortable beds etc. The swimming pool was lovely. The only thing it was missing was more information about the local area and some maps would be good. Also, the MP3 speaker system is still unfortunately without a lead.
The key holder was very friendly and was only next-door.
Dont forget to ask the key holder for the green wrist bands as you cant use the resort swimming pools without these and he forgot to tell us about them until day three.
All the apartments and villas on this site are very close together and overlooked, but although we travelled at the height of summer, it was pretty quiet on the resort, so there werent any people in the Villa overlooking ours anyway.
It was nice and quiet at night, which was important to us, having two small children.
The resort restaurants catered well for children.
It took us about 25 minutes to drive to the nearest beach though, which was a bit further than we had expected. Although there was not much in the immediate facility, there was plenty of places to go within about half an hours drive. definitely recommend Aqua Natura, the water park."

| "Firstly I would like to mention Alan, the key holder, he was extemely helpful throughout our stay always on hand to offer support and advice. The property itself was exactly as it was described and I would say that it was excellent value for the money. Our only concern was the volume of flies that were in the area and had been told that Polaris had failed to spray the golf course this year resulting in an infux of them, it became quite unbearable at times around our pool, on a daily basis, I understand that the owner cannot do anything about this but wish for him to be informed and maybe the information can be passed on to Polaris World."

| "On arriving to the villa Alan our key holder showed us around the villa, he was very accommodating throughout the stay, I particularly liked Daisy Doo (their very small puppy). The resort was good with good amenities and it was very clean, we enjoyed Acacia the Italian restaurant the pizzas are huge, lovely views from the Limonero restaurant. The resort had security. La Manga was a nice beach town where you could hire jet-skis. However we had a few issues finding the villa again once we had left the resort would recommend sat nav or a good map. There were also problems with some of the facilities in the villa itself there was no power lead for the MP3 dock, which we found frustrating as we could then not listen to our favourite tracks during our stay. There are still no mirrors in the bedrooms a full length mirror would be nice somewhere in the villa for us ladies. The shower in the bathroom did not work correctly. I would have preferred that the kitchen was more private as people walking past could see right in. Lastly my main problem there was a dead bird under the bed when we arrived. Despite the issues we had a brilliant stay and would recommend the villa to others that want a relaxing holiday."

| "Nice villa in an excellent resort.
The Solmar car rental link after making the booking was very good value for money too.
The resort is great and I can see why some people decide just to stay there rather than go back ... to where-ever.
Whilst taking pics of a villa up for sale the security arrived to see what I was doing. Which gives you great peace of mind with our young kids with us. I also noticed that they check workers vans as they leave the resort.
One thing about bamboo, if you have a starter like the mountain of onion rings, then dont order the burger unless you have a very big appetite, the quality of the food in the restaurants in the resort was great.
Just off site there is the Asiatico restaurant, free bottle of wine and 9 euro per person for the buffet and very very nice. Jaipur indian restaurant was the only one we went to twice durng the week. The Gordo has bowling and table football - take the kids mind off things.
Martin and the other staff in the Irish bar were fun, hope to be back again
If you fancy doing more than the on site facilities, there are sailing courses, jet ski excursions, Terra Natura and aqua park options...."

| "The Villa was beautiful, well maintained, very spacious and beautifully furnished. It contained everthing I needed for my weeks stay.The pool was great, a good size. We were well looked after by the keyholder and her friends, especially Sharon! The neighbours next door were also very helpful. Just one thing Alan, a mirror in the bedrooms for us females would be good!! The resort is outstanding. Only a ten minute walk to the restuarants. The walk was good to build up the appetite!!! Particularly enjoyed the Bamboo and Tapas Bar. Live entertainement was excellent and the Irish bar good fun. All the exPats were very friendly and helped to make the stay a very enjoyable one. Will definately be back!!!"
