We really enjoyed our stay in April for 2 weeks overlooking the Med Sea from morning till night. The location of the apartment is superb and within reach of everything in the town. A little loving care and attention to the interior of the apartment and its contents would make an enormous difference to it. We ate in 10 nights out of 14 and used its facilities. Would book the apartment again for our use."

"Stayed 31st May to 6th June
This is the 3rd set of friends or family I have put in here this year. The location is fantastic, the apartment is clean and tidy and now has UK TV which is a real added bonus! There is everything on your doorstep and it is not too noisy either. I will continue to recomend it to people I know.

| "This was our third visit and, once again, we enjoyed our stay. Central for buses and trains - hiring a car is not really necessary. Lovely views of the sea from the balcony - cafes, bars and shops on the doorstep. You just need to cross the road with your beach towels and sun cream. Lovely evening walks. We will definitely book again.
Just one niggle - the fridge needs renewing please.

"Thank you Susan, we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is fantastic, so central and the sea being so close was like have our own enormous swimming pool. We made use of the maxy bar downstairs, very Spanish and very friendly, th children were able to go down and order a drink on their own, while we had a bit of peace! Everything is just on the doorstp, tahnks again

"Thanks for a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed including spectacular views. Not too noisy considering the location and time of year (26th July). . Everything was on the doorstep. Being so near to the beach meant that we could pop back for lunch and drinks. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review.
Regarding you comments on up dating the kitchen and bathroom, as I explained to you when you arrived, this is in hand, but the apartment is in such great demand, that we have not be able to undertake the work yet. When the works are carried out, this will be reflected in an increase to the rental price. At the moment I think this apartment is extremely good value for money, considering its central location. Mr & Mrs Roberts, who are staying now, are on their 3rd visit, Mr & Mrs Blythe coming again in September also for their 3rd visit.
Concerning the cleaning, I can only apologise for this, this is not normally the case as you can see from previous reviews submitted.
I am afraid that as the description says, the location is 7th floor, central and on the sea front, so some noise would be expected, but you cannot get more central for entertainment, shops, the beach & the sea!

| "A small apartment, suitable for a couple or a family with young children. Well equipped. On the front across from the beach, so expected some noise but not as bad as have had in other places (may be noisier in the peak season). Well placed for bus/train stations and shops, supermarkets and bars all within walking distance (in fact bars are just down stairs!) Supplied with change of linen and towels after first week.
Would recommend for those on a tight budget."

"Hi Susan ,
Yes we had a great week , and as you know , the weather was really kind to us .We got down to Gib as planned
and did Malaga and Torremolinos on the Metro , ( apart from the transfers , which we could have done on the metro and our trip to Gib , the car was a liability ! ).
The apartment was really nice and we will certainly look to you when we go to Malaga again . Sorry we did`nt leave a list of comments as requested , very little to say except a Toaster would have been handy and perhaps an English speaking TV channel or radio.
