| "The pictures do not do this property justice - the property is so much more than you can see from the photos. We stayed in Vonyarcvashegy last summer in a different property but wanted somewhere with a pool this year so booked this house. When we arrived we were so pleased with the house - no attention to detail has been spared and Imre was very helpful. If you want somewhere to get away from it all, this house will be perfect for you. The location is very peaceful with hardly any passing traffic but plenty of other neighbouring properties. Its at the top of a steep hill so a car is recommended as most of the restaurants are a short drive away (plenty within 1.5 miles). Will definitely visit again."

| "This is a lovely property and the photographs dont do it justice. Its in a quiet, residential location, a little closer to the main town would have been good but it wasnt unmanageable. Takes only two mins to drive to the centre, 5 mins on a bike (provided) but the ride back is a little harder. 20 mins walk back, but a pleasant stroll. There is a restaurant within walking distance but unfortunately it was closed while we were there (we were quite close to the end of season). Definitely need a car while youre there but the roads are good and well sign -posted. Take your own towels, there are only a few small ones there and there is a hob, not an oven as described. Imre is very friendly and helpful and was there to greet us with a bottle of wine! Not much English spoken so take a Hungarian and German phrase book (German widely spoken and on the menus though you can usually get an English one if you ask).All in all highly recommended and we loved Lake Balaton so much we will be returning soon."

| "The advertisment understated the property which was considerably more substantial than expected.
The pool, although not heated, was well maintained and achieved a very comfortable temperature.
Imre and team kept the property in very good order and made every effort to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
The location, although very peaceful, is situated around 20 minutes walk from the Balaton.
Bikes were provided which came in very useful.
Not very child-friendly due to open plan staircase and open terraced decking around pool.
On behalf of my Wife & Family I would like to thank Imre & Attilla for a very pleasant holiday."

| "The web site photographs do not do this property justice, it is in a beautiful setting, with good views of the lake from the upstairs balcony.
The facilities are good and the pool area is great for lounging around.
The downsides are the stairs to the first floor which are open plan with no rails either side which is a bit unnerving at the start and the double bedrooms are a bit on the small side.
Definitely not advisable for young children or the elderly.
A car is essential.
Imre is very helpful and welcoming, it was good value for money, the house exceeded our expectations and the description was accurate. I would recommend it to a friend but make them aware of the stairs.
