| "We were looking forward to our two week stay at Villa Louise, and took time to thoroughly research the property with Tenerife Holiday Homes.
We had high expectations based on this, and the cost of renting the villa. We arrived at 2100hrs and first impressions were very favourable.
This is without doubt a very nice villa, enjoying a superb position with first class sea views, in a quiet location. The self contained swimming pool is excellent and the garden area is very well laid out.
However, from this point on, we were disappointed. It is attention to detail which lets this property down. For example, the welcome pack consists of two teabags and two coffee sachets, as well as some cheap plonk.
Items that we believe should be provided were not, resulting in us having to spend precious holiday time shopping for such items as hand soaps, dishwasher tablets etc. For the rental sum required on this property, it seems to us that this is penny pinching and portrays the wrong impression.
Mugs and other utensils were dirty upon arrival and required cleaning. The drains in two of the three bathrooms were extremely smelly, and required acid treatment (we know all about Spains drains but this was just lack of maintenance).
One of the double beds was broken and it was confirmed to us during our stay that previous renters had complained about it.
The overall state of cleanliness of the house was in our opinion, not to an acceptable standard.
In terms of equipment, the villa is OK although it would benefit from a dressing table for the ladies. Again, to not have such a basic item of furniture was incongruous. Also, the kitchen is equipped with a mish mash of crockery and little that matches.
Some of the above points may seem trivial but this villa is competing at pretty much the top end of the price scale, and the overall feeling is that little thought and even less action has gone into meeting clients expectations."

| "We really enjoyed our stay at sunset villas. Everything was as stated on the website. Beatifully located away from all the hustle and bustle with a private pool and garden which was outstanding. A couple of things which we think would make the villa a little better would be:-
A mirror and little table in the alcove in each bedroom for the ladies.
Also a hair dryer in each room. We requested this and we were told this would be done but it was not.
Lastly some type of rail to hang the towels in the bathroom.
Overall a brilliant time in an excellent villa. Would defintley recommend to anyone."

| "The villa was absolutely wonderful, exactly as the photographs show but far better in real life!
The bedrooms were all decoated beautifully as was the lounge. The outdoor area was lovely.
We unfortunately had bad weather for a week so did not make full use of the outdoor eating area but we will definately return to enjoy again.
A car is a must because everything is a drive away.
Service was great, the heating in the pool broke but the maintenance man came out very quickly to repair.
Thank you very much, a great holiday.

"Enjoyed overall. However, think the following would make it even better:
Move the TV aerials - spoilt the view
Put up hooks for hanging up towels
Fix the sink / tap problem in the en-suite
Resolve the frequent power cut-offs (understand it's a development problem)
Regards
Nick

Thank you for your feedback.
You were really unlucky with the power cuts as this problem lasted about a week and has now been rectified. (As you rightly say it was a problem in the area, not with the villa itself).
Although in our opinion the aerial doesn't detract from the view at all, the developers are actually moving it so it can't be seen in the future.
In light of your comments, we have already put up hooks for the towels.
Hope to see you agin.
