| "Great property. Has all the faacilities you would need in a self catering apartment. Only a 10 min walk to the marina, or €7 - 8 in a taxi. There are also shops and places to eat nearby. The only downside was having to go to a different complex to pick up the key. Otherise, everything was fantastic."

| "The apartment was well-equipped and entirely suitable for a family holiday. The apartment facilities were good, the pools were good and the location good.
The management company were very responsive and handled all enquiries quickly and efficiently.
I would be happy to recommend this to others"

| "The property is situated in a quiet part of Nuvo Andalucia. It has a plentiful supply of shops, resturaunts and bars near by. The hub of entertainment is on the harbour in Puerto Banus which is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
The accomodation offers all the cooking utencils and clean living quarters to make a short stay enjoyable and practical."

| "The apartment had great views of the local hills / mountains and the sea.
Everything worked in terms of lights, showers etc. Two good size bathrooms was a bonus as was having english tv channels to keep in touch with goings on back home. Nice pools too.
The only drawback was the walk back as it was uphill and with shopping in the heat or after alcohol consumption at night it could be a jaunt.
If you do stay here dont shop at the Hyper Cor in the centre - the local supermarket (Super Sol?) entrance near starz cafe is cheaper and close enough to carry your shopping so no taxi needed.
Overall its great value considering your in an expensive port where you could pay more and get a lot less - thanks."

"After reading other reviews, I thought this would be a safe bet for our holiday. we were right to book this apartment and would re-book when we return. Only thing I could fault was the fact that once supplied the key to undrground parking, I was not told that you needed a remote control to open garage and gate to get out. We ended up just parking on the street, but hey ho! no worries. Would say that a car is a must for this apartment as the hill is steep and long in the heat of the day."
Owner reply:
:
Hi,
Thanks for your review and i am pleased you enjoyed your holiday and the apartment.
Whoever told you about the garage access was mistaken. You dont need a remote for the car park, as there is a key pad in the garage to inser t the manual key to open the doors.
There are some people with remotes but it is not necessary.
You will know for next time. !
Kind Regards Alasdair

| "Lovely apartment, great pool and fabulous views!! There are a lot of steps, but the rear entrance to the complex is just outside the apartment block, so we just made sure that taxis collected us from and dro pped us back to there. The only problem we had was explaining the directions to the airport taxi driver who got very irate with us! Especially as it is market day in Banus on Saturdays so you cannot go the way the instructions say. A set of instructions in Spanish would really help.
A great holiday in a lovely apartment. Would go back."

| "nice place in a convenient location, We went for a golfing break so superbly located for all the courses. Bit of a trek back up the hill after a night out on the tiles in puerto banus, however it is only 7 euros in a taxi and when you are slightly worse for wear 7 euros is worth every penny! Great showers in the bathrooms. definately would go again!"

| "I have just returned from a fab week in Puerto Banus with my hubbie and inlaws!
The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed and more! Nice pool area that didn't get too busy, managed to get the same sunbeds everyday!
Its about 15 minutes walk to the harbour but feels longer on the way back up as its all uphill!
Five minutes walk from the apartment you will find everything you need, a few restaurants and a supermarket!
The view from the apartment is amazing, we are all missing it already!
I would definately recommend it to friends and would stay there again!"

| "Hi Pat, Just wanted to say THANK YOU we have been going away for years and dealt with many owners, your so helpful nothing was to much trouble, and to text us half way through our holiday to ask were we OK was very thoughtful, you seem to care very much which we appreciated. The apartment well what can I say we made a bee line to the balcony and thought we'd died and gone to haven (ha ha) the view was fantastic, its such a spacious apt and everything was very clean, every day we went out and about but couldn't wait to get back to that balcony, your very lucky to own such a place.
Many thanks Tom,Mary,Gary & Jan"

| "This property was very well equipped and very nice to stay in. Please be aware, that for the unfit, the climb to this property is knackering, 120 steps if you go in the front gate, but the reward for this is outstanding views.
Another point that I would strongly like to make, is the carry on we had trying to locate the property management office to pick up the keys.
With a driver who did not have one word of english it was very difficult, they eventually had to come to us! Then back in the taxi to find the appartment! that whole run cost us about 90 euro. Dropping off was even worse, at 8 in the morning running round a complex trying to find the office, it was like scene out of challenge Anica! This property would benifit a courier service that would pick you up at the airport and take you straight to the appartment, add the price on, or give the option anyway! alot less stressful at the start of your holiday.

| "Fantastic View from the apartment, spacious enough with 2 bedrooms, 5 mins by car to the main Puerto Banus beach...on a hill though & a climb back would be a bit tiring for the kids...
Nicely done up & would love to go back there on my next visit!!!"

Excellent appartment with a superb view over the mountains and the beaches. Clean and well
equipped. Great balcony. Maybe in hot summer you need in this appartment an airco. Satellite TV with with more "dead" channels as normal channels. Hard beds. But we had a great time. Puerte Banus is a St. Tropez of Spain with a very "mondain" shop- and nightlife. Indeed, the good side of Marbella."

| "Nice apartment within a reasonable distance from Puerto Banus, about a 15 min walk I'd guess. Would be easier to find if you didnt have to visit the office to pick up the keys first - could they not be left at the complex gatehouse? I got very lost but was my fault really as I didnt take the map attachment and the main directions got me to within 100m and then told me to read the map!
The apartment is on the 4 th floor on a steep site so its not so great for those with vertigo! But the views are brilliant and the furniture nice"

| "The property itself was excellent, very clean, modern and tidy with all mod cons. Balcony was excellen with superb views. It was however quite a treck from the beach, not so bad getting to the beach (all down hill), but walking back was a bit of a bind, (very steep walk, all up hill), however we gave in and got a taxi back to accommodation which was only 6 euros, we did the same in the evening. Excellent night life in Puerto Banus, restaurants bars etc and excellent pasta cafe at front entrance of appartment building. All in all a fab holiday. Would definitely book this accommodation again BUT would hire a car next time."

| "Lovely apartment with wonderful views. Very modern, but still comfortable. Only thing is there are a lot of steps if you are taking small children up and down to the pool (although there are elevators down from the apartment to the first floor). The swimming pools are quite deep - our 5 and 7 year olds are just learning to swim, and they couldn't stand up in the pool (baby pools are like paddling pools). So if your kids can't swim - take rubber rings etc! Would recommend though. Kids enjoyed themselves, lots of space for a family of four. They recommend Aquapark in nearby Torremolinos as a good place to visit during a stay, the main motorway is very easy to get to from the apartment. It looks like a short walk to the beach, but we always took the car - too much walking uphill with two small children and beach gear!"

| "Very nice property but i felt that more could have been said regarding it's location in the complex, ie its the furthest point from the main sercurity entrance/exit when wlaking into banus. Apart from that, the apartment had everything we could have of asked for.
As we arrived late at night/early morning a welcome pack, ie water, the essentials would have been nice in the apartment. This was the case in the second property that we rented out in the same complex.
Key collection - again due to the late arrival locating the office was difficult due to it basically being apartment. This needs to be addressed in your directions, ie, the office is located in a residental area, as we thought we were in the wrong place.
Regards
Peter"

| "We had a great time, myself and 3 friends.2 sharing each room, with 2 bathrooms. Ideal. Plenty of space, and we all found the flat to be extremely modern and well furnished , with a bright modern kitchen, with all mod cons.
A great location. we walked into the port most evenings and got a taxi back home late on. taxi about 6euros from port to apartment. The views from the balcony overlooking the pool were magnificent, and a great spot for the regulatory "sundowners". Great.
Wwe used the pool a lot of the time. Others days we walked into the port to the beach front. Easy walk downhill past the Bull ring.We went to see a concert there one night which was lovely in the open air.
A highly recommended property. We'd go back.
Fiona."

| "i visted the apartment with threee other girl friends. With 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, we found the accomodation more than adequate for our needs in terms of individual space.
The rooms were bright and modern, with a front and back balcony leading out from the bedrooms. The view from one of the rooms looked over the pool and to the mountains and the port in the distance.
The flat had all mod cons, with a fully modernised kitchen, which was ideal for our needs.
We had a few nights in where we made a couple of great meals from items bought from the supermarket nearby. On the other nights we walked the 1.5kilometres into the port for some fun in the many local bars and restaurants.
Overall, a great little flat , as close to the Port as you would want without being right amongst it, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby if you wanted the quiet life. We used the pool a lot as we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday. Just what the doctor ordered, although looking at the vibrant night life we experienced in the Port, you could have a wild time there too if that was your cup of tea.
Highly recommended!"

| "The aparment was very modern with first class facilities.
The kitchen was superbly equiped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We used the small drying balcony extensively throughout our stay for a daily rinse through of t-shirts and the like.
The bedrooms were very comfortable, and with two bathrooms, there was plenty of space for the four of us.
We had beautiful views from the front balcony , overlooking the swimming pool, and over to the mountains and the Port in the distance. The rear balcony caught the afternoon sun for a restful siesta. Followed by a couple of cocktails ofcourse!
We especially like the easy access to the Port, and regularly walked the 1.5 kilometres downhill past the Bull Ring into the Marina itself.
There was a supermarket nearby for all our essentials, and a very nice Italian restaurant just round the corner which we used on a couple of nights for a light snack.
An excellent property which we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern apartment relatively close to the Port."
