| "The villa was great I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Exceptionally clean and had everything you needed. Brilliant safe pool. Situated in a nice friendly neighbourhood. Our only negative is that there were no clear instructions on what time to check out. We telephoned the housekeeper (who was very helpful), but it would have been better to have known in advance. We had a fab time and cant wait to go back."

| "This villa is similiar to others I have rented in Florida and they have all been great value for money, top class facilities. The locals were friendly and this enhanced our stay.
It does take about about 15 mins drive to get to the beaches but the drive is easy and all of the Sarasota beaches are fantastic. We were handily placed to the interstate, taking about 45 mins to Busch Gardens.
We had a 22 year old, a 15 year old and a 11 year old with us and they were all equally impressed with the villa and with the whole Sarasota experience. A classy place to visit."

| "Great house, with everything we could need. After a week in Orlando, it was great to be able to relax, and the kids loved the pool. A brilliant base from which to see the sights - we visited Bradenton and St Armands circle, and had a great time. My wife loved the shopping at the outlet village! Would love to go back, and are already planning our next trip to Florida in 2010. If this house is still available, we would love to rent it again. thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa."

| "The villa was brilliant. It was very clean, well equipped and excellent value for money. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. The pool was excellent and special mention to the pool guy who was extremely courteous and checked with us to see that the pool was the right temperature , a really good service!.
The villa had loads of info on the area and local restaurants/takeaways and had everything we needed to make our stay a real home from home."

| "A lovely self contained villa in a nice neighbourhood with all the home comforts you could wish for. Ideally located close to shops and the fantatstic Siesta Key beach is only a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of towels which is very handy for beach and pool use. Also well stocked with games, videos and books in the unlikely event of poor weather. We would definately consider another visit in the future."

| "Out of the three villa that I rented in Florida- this was easily our favourite. The owners keep it well stocked- which is brilliant if you have children. There are swimming aids and toys in the garage, even buckets and spades to take to the beach. The location was excellent- not too far from the beaches, close enough to Orlando to make our flight home. The beds were comfortable, and the villa was clean and tidy. Would definitely book it again!"

| "My family and I had a great week at this house. It is located perfectly for surrounding beaches and shopping outlets. We wished we could have stayed longer as we discovered on our last night the most amazing place to watch the sun set - Sharkeys, near Venice Beach. Theres also a fab bakery and cafe called Panera which is next to the nearest Publix. Great house, great location."

| "Lovely villa in quiet street, near shops and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and waterfront marina. Had a great time here and would recommend to anyone. Played golf several times on some stunning golf courses, wish we coud have stayed longer!"

| "This is a beautiful villa. Light, spacious, well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable. It is located in a lovely quiet residential area, not far from central Sarasota and near the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat and Anna Maria. Only about an hour from Tampa and Busch Gardens.
The owners provided masses of leaflets/maps/information on the local area, attractions, nature reserves, restaurants etc. EXCELLENT."
