| "We stayed here 16th October 2009 to 30th October all bedrooms are of a good size and all bathrooms are large with loads of hot running water. The air con worked a treat so much so we had to turn it off as it got cold a night. The swimming pool was very warm and not over looked and very big.
the games room was big and well equipt
trying to find any faults...there was no drying up cloths so we purchased some who ever goes in next wont have this problem...
The house was 20 mins drive to disney whilst it was only 8 miles traffic could be bad on the 192. there was a the biggest Wal mart in the world....great for everything only 2 miles down the road.
If I go back to Florida I wouldnt think twice about using this house had everything that a large family could ask for....thank you Sylvester really made our holiday."

| "WE STAYED AT THIS VILLA WHILE WE GOT MARRIED IN ORLANDO ON OUR RECENT TRIP AND IT WAS EXELLENT, YOU COULD RELAX IN COMFORT AND DO YOUR LAUNDRY TOO, THE POOL WAS A BIG HIT WITH THE CHILDREN AND IT WAS CLEAN AND WELL PRESENTED, ALL IN ALL A BRILLIANT PLACE TO STAY RATHER THAN A STUFFY HOTEL ROOM, THE MANAGMENT COMPANY WERE EXELLENT TOO."

| "A great place - only a few small 'niggles' - there was a ball missing from the pool table - and the pool table wasn't levelled correctly.
We also had a problem with the sprinklers coming on daily at 6pm which made using the outside grill interesting, but a quick call to the management company and they came round the same day to fix the timer problems.
Besides that, a fantastic property at a great location. The pool heating was amazing - like trying to swim in a bath - lovely !
I'd highly recommend this villa, it's located close to the I4 for travelling around Florida and the leisure parks.
We'd love to come back again - Late Feb / Early March is a great time to see Florida (not too hot, and the parks are pretty quiet too).

| "great villa great locationand excellent value for money. pool heating superb like getting into a hot bath, much appreciated after a long day at the parks.pre holiday information and advice was very helpful. a big thankyou to the owner and the agent for arranging some xmas shopping prior to our arrival late on xmas eve. it put my mind at rest knowing that we had food in the villa for xmas day particularly as my son has diabetes. I'd certainly recommend the villa to family and friends. thanks again."

| "The villa is in an excellent location and has been extremely well-presented by the Owners and management.
We drove down from Brooksville, Florida for a long weekend break. Before booking, we reviewed several properties and eventually settled on this one. We were very happy with our choice and definitely recommend this villa. It is exactly as described.

Villa was beautiful with really good location. Disappointed with the air conditioning as it kept breaking down (four times) although response from agents was prompt and excellent (apparently, they said 'it is an old unit and needs replacing'). Couldn't use BBQ (no gas.) Overall really good holiday and very pleased with contact and response from owner to our enquiries, he was extremely helpful and attentive, our first trip to USA which was made easy for us. "

It is unfortunate that you had some issues with the AC. It looks like you may have omitted to read the info leaflet about the villa which was sent a few weeks before travel. It clearly states there that leaving the doors open causes the AC to freeze - which then needs to be re-set. The villa is only 6 years old and I can confirm that the system is not "old" nor does it need replacing. This is clear from feedback received from others.
As for the gas, the leaflet again also clearly states that it is the Guest's responsibility to top-up if empty and suggests taking the propane bottle to Wal-mart to replace. It is not part of the service to supply or top-up the gas. Management can and do top-up - for a fee. However, it is much cheaper and quicker to take the bottle to Wal-mart and exchange it for new one for c. $20.
I have a feeling you would have enjoyed your holiday much more if you had gone through the information sent before travel and the folder at the villa.

| "This is our 8th time in Florida and the 5th time we have stayed in a villa. This villa was well equipped and the games room was a great hit with the children - an excellent addition. It's in a good location - quiet and yet in easy reach of all the attractions and places to eat. there's a new Wal Mart less than a mile away that has everything you need for a self catering holiday at very cheap prices !! All our family were very impressed with the villa and would recommend it to anyone. Here's to our next visit !!!"

| "We all had a wonderful time in your villa and in orlando. The villa was perfect. Plenty big enough for all of us. We had a nightmare getting to it though!! Two hours it took us!! At one point we ended up in disneyland!!!
Forgot about N/E/S/W. I ended up asking a very nice American man who was parked up on the 192 in the 24 hour pharmacy car park. Explained that we had spent all this time looking for the villa and we had spent most of the time going up and down the 192!! He told us we were about 5 minutes away!! So all this time we were minutes away!! It was our fault. The directions were fine that you gave to us. We should have taken a map with us and we would have been fine. So for the first few times we followed the interstate 4 came off at exit 55 and then joined the 27, it was a little out of a way but at least we could get back to the villa. Another problem was there were quite a few roadworks and diversions that we missed so that didnt help but after a few days I understood the maps and I was quite good at it!
We travelled to Daytona for the day that was quite a trek but a good day out, if you liked nosiy motorbikes! The beach was fantastic, the water was a little bit cool.
We all really loved Old Town Kisseemee.Especially the classice car show on a Saturday night and the town itself. My parents kept going back there. My brother and sister went on the 250foot bunji jump swing and loved it.
Almost got my mum up there!! but not quite. The Golden Corral was fab especially for the evening buffet. Loved the boubourn Chicken as recommeded in the folder at the villa.
The pool at the villa was always hot like taking a bath!! Everything we needed was catered for in the villa. The people who look after your villa were kind enough and let us stay until 12.00pm on the day we left which was perfect. So a big thank you to them. We stripped all the beds and did wash as much as we could before we left. We hoped that helped the cleaner out a little bit.
So overall a fabulous time was had by all. Unfortunately is seems that we have never been away!
May I take this opportunity to thank you for letting us stay in your villa, and in the event we are fortunate to come to the USA again we would not hesistate to use the villa again.

| "Villa Stay - 24th March to 14th April 2006
The villa was outstanding. You have filled it with everything needed to enjoy a fabulous holiday. We did think once... aghh, no potato peeler, but sure enough there it was along with the cork screw in the drawer. The whole holiday was a joy from start to finish and in fact my wife did say she wanted to stay longer as the villa was such a lovely place to be she didn't miss the comforts of our own home as you had brought them to the villa. ( A remark she has never before made as after 10 days she is usually ready to come home)
The games room was another great room to spend time. We think you and your wife (who Im sure had a hand in filling the villa with the warmth it has) deserve well earned praise. We have sold it to our neighbours whom Im sure will be in touch with you at some point. We, needless to say are already saving to go again and would love to stay at the villa once more and so will be in touch possibly next year to book.
ps: The decision to heat the pool was a good one as we dipped in every day. You might want to ensure that the thermo has been repaired as Im sure you heard we experienced temperatures of 88 degrees some evenings when it was reading 65. My wife was in heaven!"

"Property in great condition with all the accessories we needed (e.g. iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils etc..)
We had a slight problem the first night as there was a power cut and no details on the alarm were in the house so we all got woken up with it going off at 3am when power was restored!
We all had an excellent week. The property was spacious, bigger than expected, clean and the heated pool was definately worth paying for this time of year (November).

| "The property was described accurately and the virtual tour was helpful. The owner was very helpful throughout the process. We contacted the propertry company on a couple of occassions during our stay and issues were resolved quickly. I would strongly recommend this property because it exceeded our expectations. We liked the area where the property was located and it was close to Disney and Universal. The games room was a big hit with the kids."

| "We spent 10 days at the villa in May 2005. The Owners and the management company made us feel exceptionally welcome. Ordinarily, we would have booked a smaller villa as there were only 4 in our party. However, having stayed at this villa with its very large pool, we won't be booking small properties in future (there is relatively little difference in price also).
The villa is well located for all the main routes - being less than 1 mile from the I-4, the US27, US545 and the US192. We found the privacy fence a very nice touch as we could splash around in the pool with reckless abandon. We also loved the games room with a separate living area. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to go there again! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!!"

| "This was our first time renting a home for our family vacation and it was the best thing we ever did. We will never go back to hotels again. This home exceeded our expectations, the kids absolutely loved the pool and having a privacy fence was a very nice bonus. Everything was very clean and so nicely decorated. Anyone traveling with small children would greatly appreciate the washer and dryer, no need to overpack. The complimentary food pack was very much welcomed as we arrived so late and the lockbox at the front door was very convenient so we didn't need to go searching for the management office.
Everything was just perfect for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you to the management company for being so helpful and to the owner Sylvester who made our first home booking a worry free experience. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come again. Our family highly recommends this villa you will not be disappointed."
