| "June House was an excellent property with great views over the golf course. The pool was well heated and the pool gaurd is a great feature. We ordered the welcome pack which meant that we did not have to go shopping until the following day and was definately a nice touch. It is a comfortable villa with everything you could need including hairdryers! The Villa Owners were really helpful when we needed to extend our dates. Overall we had a great time at June House and I would definately recommend it, southern dunes has great facillities and is well located for all the attractions."

| "We stayed here 02/08/08 to16/08/80 and to be honest, as soon as we entered June house, we all gasped in amazement. It had everything you could possibly want. There was a slight problem with the dishwasher when the soap dispenser did not open and we had to open it manually after a couple of minutes into the cleaning cycle. The pool and Jacuzzi were brilliant, the master bedroom was superb with full en suite with a walk in wardrobe, while the 2nd double bedroom had its own shower, toilet etc. The dining room and living/kitchen area were all open plan with an excellent layout.
We would love to return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to any of our friends."

| "June House is a lovely place to stay, it is very peaceful, with a nice view from the pool area, it was great having the two sitting areas. We have stayed at the Southern Dunes before and this house is definately the best we have stayed in."

nice location very restfull and quiet during our stay just what we wanted , pool & tub great
shops for food very near you could walk if you didnt need too much."

| "Just returned from 2 weeks March 07 at June House, southern Dunes. Nice, safe location backing onto golf course. Nice warm pool & Hot Tub. Had a minor problem with pool quickly sorted by the management company. Would certainly recommend this villa for families or couples."

| "We are just back in the Uk after our holiday and went as a party of seven, family and friends and can only say that the accommodation was fantastic. Four good bedrooms 3 baths and all the facilities that we could want.It is set in tranquil surroundings with views of the golf course.( Sunday Breakfast at the golf club is well worth the $10.50) and will keep you going till evening.
The villa is about 30 Min's from the bottom of International Drive, and about 30 Min's from Mickey's House. Yes the I 4 is a problem with road works but that is just a minor inconvenience when one has such a lovely villa to return to in the evening.
Thank you for allowing us to borrow your wonderful villa and we hope that we can return again in the future."

| "June house is a lovely villa not overlooked with nice views over the golf course. It was a real home from home and the Wal*Mart at the bottom of the road was very handy for the essentials. My in-laws tell me that the golf course is a treat to play on.
Some small problems we encountered: The kids loved the pool although after a few days it got far too hot too be comfortable (it became hotter than the average bath!). By contrast the hot tub was very temperamental and most of the time it was a very 'cool' tub! We called the property managers to sort these problems out and to be fair they sent the pool guy the same morning, but while the pool came under control, the spa stayed mostly useless. We payed for the 'gold package but the welcome pack promised had gone AWOL.
Despite these little niggles overall we loved the villa and had a fantastic holiday."

| "The house was spotless and well maintained. All the facilities needed were provided and the pool proved invaluable.
The air-con occasionally reset itself to 80 deg during the night, and the carpet grippers frequently brought tears to your eyes but otherwise we were very happy.
Local amenities were just as useful."

| "The only adverse comment we have was in regard to the location of the property. It was more than 20 minutes from Orlando especially since the US authorities seem to be intent on digging up the US27 and the I4! Most days it took us at least 45 minutes to get into the park areas due to slow traffic. Walmart on the doorstep however was excellent!! There was also a lack of reasonable restaurants in the area mostly had to drive up to Kissamee to get a good choice of eaterys. However having said all that we would book the villa again!"
