| "THE PROPERTY WAS EXCELLENT AND AS ADVERTISED. THE ONLY PROBLEMS WE EXPERIENCED WERE AS FOLLOWS:
1. THE ARRIVALS ADDRESS FOR THE TAXI DRIVER WAS NOT DETAILED ENOUGH AND DID NOT INCLUDE THE TURKISH STREET NAME. WE THEREFORE SPENT A LOT OF TIME ASKING LOCALS WHO DID NOT KNOW THE COMPLEX AS VERINA VILLAS. WE FINALLY LOCATED THE PROPERTY VIA THE HELP OF SOME BRITISH HOLIDAY MAKERS ON SITE.
THE VILLA IS ABOUT 7 MINUTES BY WALK FROM THE BEACH. THE IMPRESSION WAS THAT IT WAS ON TOP OF IT.
FROM BODRUM THE DRIVE IS APPROX 2 HOURS NOT 90 MINUTES.
OTHERWISE THE VILLA WAS PERFECT FOR A QUIET FAMILY HOLIDAY. THE LOCALS WERE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING AND THE BEACH UNCROWDED, WITH BEAUTIFUL SAND, A SHALLOW INCLINE AND A NUMBER OF WATERING HOLES.
FOR ANY SERIOUS SOUVENIER SHOPPING KUSADASI ON A DOLMUS WAS 20 MINUTES AWAY FROM A NEARBY STOP.
IN LATE AUGUST & EARLY SEPT THE TEMP WAS A BEARABLE 28-31 AND THE MOGGY POPULATION HAD EXPERIENCED A DIE OFF. ONE OF THE ADVANTAGES OF THE VILLA WAS THE EXTENSIVE SCREENS TO PREVENT INCURSIONS BY THE INSECT POPULATION INTO THE HOUSE.
THE VILLA WAS FURNISHED THROUGHOUT WITH AIRCON, SUFFICIENT CUTLERY AND COOKINK PARAPHENALIA- MY FATHER IN LAW RAIDED THE FISH MARKETS OF DAVUTLAR AND KUSADASI FOR DELECASIES.
A LARGE LCD TV WAS SUPPLIED WITH DVD AND THE DOUBLE TERRACE ALLOWED SEPARATE ONGOING CONVERSATIONS FOR THE OLDER AND YOUNGER MEMBERS OF OUR PARTY AS WELL AS ONE OVERLOOKING THE COMMUNAL POOL SO THAT WE COULD KEEP AN EYE ON THE CHILDREN.
THE SPACE IS AMPLE FOR A LARGE PARTY- THE VILLA HAS 5 BEDROOMS AND CAN ACCOMODATEB 10.
IT IS ALSO APROPRIATELY SHADED FROM THE VIGOROUS TURKISH SUN AND AMPLY SUPPLIED WITH SUN LOUNGERS, CHAIRS AND TABLES- SOMETHING WE HAVE FOUND LACKING ON PREVIOUS TRIPS TO OTHER VILLAS.
I WOULD COME AGAIN.

| "In the outskirts of a calm village although not far from a very nice beach (200 m). Calm, clean and spacious with a barbecue and many extras. Well located to sightseeing around, there are many things to do"

| "A wonderful villa, with great rooms, pool etc.
one downside is the distance to Kusadasi & the Dolmus stops running at midnight, although restuarants would give free taxis. Would help if there was a local fun pub, so didnt have to travel to Kusadasi
A few local restuarants were superb, great food at an excellant price.

| "The villa was very modern and spacious with everything you needed e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer etc etc. Pool was very clean. Big verandas at both the front and back of the villa, plus balconies on all floors. Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers.
Locals were very friendly and helpful.
Silver Sands beach was quite near for restaurants and has a lovely beach. Nearest big town was Kusadasi easily reached by Dolmus but if eating out restaurants would collect you and take you home for free only took 15 minutes to get there.
In all an excellent property and a great holiday was had by everyone. Would definitely recommend to a friend."
