| "everything was wonderful. new apartment and very clean in a quiet and safe environment yet close to all amenities and nightlife. we had satellite tv and a lovely veranda we didnt want to be going out not to miss all the nice films that were on and to enjoy the veranda! the only negative thing we thought was that there was no pool but then again nissi bay is just around the corner! thank you for a lovely holiday!"

| "A very spacious, clean & tidy property. Only a 5 minute walk to Nissi Beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We stayed here for a wedding on Nissi Beach and couldnt have picked a better location. The Villa had everyting we needed and the complex seemed very quiet. If i was forced to pick a bad point, it would be that the Sattelite TV didnt have enough English channels to choose from!! Would definitely recommed to others."

| "Has everything you need and is in a great location close to the beach and bars etc. Only slight down side was that the complex was very noisy with a significant number of young, single groups partying every night. Whilst you do expect this is somewhere like Nissi Beach, unfortunately this meant litter, glass and continual loud music, as well as the communal pool being trashed and the glass doors to the property at the top of the road being smashed during one night."

"This was my first experience booking a holiday rental through the internet and slightly nervous in case it was not accurately advertised. 10/10 for accuracy. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, it was spacious, clean, new and the location was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Infact, our holiday apartment was much nicer and more spacious than the 4 star hotel my family were staying in. The only negative I would give, was that there seemed to be a slight problem with the water waste pipe in the bath. (The water wouldnt drain away properly) I did bring this to the attention of the letting company who promised to get the problem rectified. I have already recommended this apartment to my friends and will definately book again myself in the future."

| "The apartment exceded my expectations and was spotless.
Perfect location for the beach and town.
Any queries I had prior to going to Cyprus were more then answered and nothing was too much trouble.
The Taxi driver was great and very friendly both on the incoming and outgoing journey.
Would certainley reccomend it, in fact have already told many of my friends about it.
Thanks for a great time.

| "Excellent value for money. If attending a wedding at one of the large hotels on Nissi Beach you could not beat this location.
Best points - large outside patio area for sitting, eating, entertaining etc....
Worst points - Apartment felt a little sparce inside and the bed was not the comfiest we have ever slept on.
Overall great value for money (We had friends stay at Nissi Beach hotel pay 3 times what we did and there rooms were nowhere near the standard of this apartment) we would not hesitate to reccomend it to friends and family.
If we were to give it a score it would 8/10"
