"property was dirty with evidence of some bugs, there were electrical problems. we attempted to contact agent without success. probably would not use again. location was good."

Interesting how we have only had five star ratings from other guests on this apartment and had a perfect rating. I am sure if things were as bad as this unreasonable person claims...he would have made a better effort to contact us. We tried to call when they left a message for us but could not get through to them.

| "This was a great experience. The apartment was modern and clean and had 24 hour security and located in a wonderful spot in Old Quito with plenty of close by restaurants and stores. Juan was a great liaison for us. Aside from the quirks of Quito (i.e. there was a loud alarm that went off every forty minutes or so between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:08 p.m. and there is a school next door which has a loudspeaker that goes off at 7 a.m. on Mondays), the place was quiet. The apartment next to ours was empty while we were there and so it was extra quiet.
I highly recommend this place and we will stay there again. Great views of the Panecillo and very convenient!
