| "Highly satisfied with Calabay Gem, very spacious and clean, our daughters loved the pool and spa and also the games room, got a bit competitive at times! This is one of the best villas we have stayed in as it was very quiet and view at the back of the villa was lovely. Only a couple of issues which were probably down to the management company rather than the owner, there was a tear in the armchair in the lounge, a tear in the screen covering the pool so we had a few insects come to visit! and the sun lounges were wet and dirty with dead insects on them which we dried and cleaned ourselves. Aside from this, John, you have a lovely villa and we did not want to come home and even though you did give us the option to leave later on the Saturday, thank you for that, we did decide to attack Universal Studios one last time!! Will definitely book with you and Villarenters again, service excellent. Thanks John."

| "The property was furnished to a high quality and prvided comfort for a family holiday. The owner arranged for one of the twin rooms to be dressed as a double as we were an all adult party and this was done prior to arrival. The pool and spa area are excellent, a good size compared to other villas that Ive stayed in before and very well used. South facing pool which looks out onto a grassy area - you dont feel exposed at any time.
I would and have recoemmended this villa to friends, excellent value for money in a nice location and a quality comfortable place to stay. Thanks John."
