| "We stayed in this villa from 2nd till 9th August 2009 so that we good attend my neices wedding which was being held at the Grecian Park Hotel.
Our stay was enjoyable, and the villa itself was very clean and tidy.
There was just a couple of minor things we suggested for future stays.
1. It would have been nice to have access to a BBQ for some Al Fresco dining
2. None of the bedrooms had a mirror so you could not use your hairdryer etc. when getting ready. This was easily corrected as we went out and purchased one and left it for future use for others.
These two minor things would certianly not put us off in coming back to stay or deter us from suggesting this property to our freinds and family. in the future.
Finally, I liked the location of the villa as it was not too near the lively centre of Protaras and with the buses only being a EUR 1.50 each way we hoped on an off if we felt we wanted to be in amongst the buzz. This was not very often as we loved the local Steak House "Kafkaros". Their food was superb each time and all the staff was friendly and helpful.
I am already considering going back next year.!!

| "The Villa was very clean and spacious. The cooking facilities were very good and everything was better than we expected.
The instructions we received providing us directions to the villa were very concise and we were left with a number of useful business cards for local resaurants etc.
Would definately recommend this to others and stay again."

"We were disapointed that on our arrivel at the villa that the pool had not been cleaned ready for us, although this was delt with quickly, the water never looked that clean.
Also there is no privacy at all in the garden area as the villa has a hotel right next to it and the garden is overlooked by the balconies, there was a lot of loud music until the early hours on a couple of days, also from the hotel.
Overal the villa is very nice but the fact that the garden is overlooked should be mentioned in the discription we feel."

The villa is not close to a large hotel, however there is an apartment complex next door. As with most properties in the tourist areas (i.e Protaras or Ayia Napa) you are usually surrounded/overlooked by other villas or apartments.
The villa is brand new and has only just been release for rentals - the incident with the swimming pool was unfortunate however, this was quickly rectified and will not occur again as the pool maintenance company are now visiting twice per week.

| "The villa was modern clean and well presented, the only disappointment was the villa is over looked from a high rise hotel so privacy was very limited and noise late at night, overall a very pleasant stay."
