| "The apartment was lovely and exceeded our expectations on all levels. It is a good size, well equipped and ideally situated for the beach and everything else that Garrucha has to offer. The pool and garden are well kept and never busy.
The icing on the cake was the excellent support from the couple who take care of the apartment on the owners behalf.
We would definitely reccommend this accommodation to others."

| "We were very satisfied with the property, it was clean and had all we needed. The swimming pool was a great amenity and was practically our own private pool! The air conditioning in the bedroom was a bonus! The SKY box on the TV was also appreciated, for entertaining the kids in the hot afternoons, and to listen to the radio.
Overall the property was excellent, and we would recommend to our friends."

"The flat was as described and location wise it was great. My only negative was that we needed to give it a clean as it was quite dusty.
The pool was clean and a nice place to chill and escape from the spanish sun.
Aircon that doesnt eat euros would be good, although i understand why it is pay-as-you-go, we would have had it on all night! A good place to stay, thanks."

We have had to have PAYG air con as the bill was horrendous as clients tended to leave it on with doors and windows open. Having the PAYG also means we can keep the overal cost of the rental down.
Garrucha is in a location of Spain that is the driest area, and there can be a little bit of dust in the air that settles. It can be noticable on the cars especiallly when the wind blows from the coast from Morocco.

| "The apartment was everthing it claimed to be online. Clean, simple and all we needed for a good holiday.
The local beaches are so good that you don't need to go elsewhere (unless you have small children perhaps as the beach shelves rapidly) and the swimming pool was perfect - bigger than I expected and with a shady lawn to take a nap out of the sun.
I really liked being able to walk to the local shops in a morning while my lazy family stayed in bed. Many holiday rentals in Spain seem to be in some large complex with no easy access to a bakery etc so this one is quite unusual. Then in the evening it was fun to eat out, enjoy a bottle of wine and be able to walk home along the sea front. It was lovely to see masses of people out at midnight and not a single unpleasant scene.
With so much to see in the surrounding area our stay was simply not long enough but we got a taste of, and for, Spain and I hope we will be coming back some time."

| "We had a very easy journey from Almeria airport to the Apartment in Garrucha. On arriving we found the apartment very clean and everything that we expected was there, including a DVD player for use when we wanted to chill out after a lovely day exploying the area or spending the day on the beach, which is only a 5min walk away. The pool was great and never overcrowded.All in all a great apartment every thing at hand and an excellent base to explore the area from."

"Hi,
Was meaning to send you a quick e-mail to say thankyou and we had a very nice week in Garrucha. The weather was very hot and we had a lovely time with a tan to prove it!
The apartment was great, a little warm at times but really well situated, great size and very comfortable and clean. The pool and garden area was really nice and not very busy during the day.
We were mainly going out to Spain to get an idea of the area with a view to buying a villa/apartment and Trisha from N&T was very helpful with information about places. We really liked the area, particularly up towards Vera Playa and Villaricos so will definitely being heading back!
Thankyou again we had a lovely holiday - only extra things I'd mention would be some coffee mugs! (there appeared only to be one metal one!)

"Hi Mark
Received your letter today and our deposit cheque, thank you.
The apartment was great and ideally located for us to get to see everyone we needed to - solicitors, bank, agents, etc.
We gave it a good clean before we left and trust that N&T services had little to do after we left other than the laundry.
You asked for some feedback on your apartment and the only negative thing is that the little heater was insufficient to heat the whole apartment. Unfortunately the week we were there temperatures were not far off freezing at night. Trish (N&T) did provide a blanket for each of the beds and these made the difference when we were sleeping.
Other than this one issue there is nothing to fault and we all had an enjoyable stay.
By the way it was only on our last day that we discovered the road at the top which takes you out halfway down the hill into Garrucha - until then we had been going to the bottom of the hill and turning left to get to Garrucha, Vera, etc. sometimes a hair-raising experience.
Again thank you for renting the apartment to us.
