"This was our first time renting a villa anywhere, so to be fair we did not really know what to expect. Turning up at Dickens Court after a 4 hour drive from Miami, it was great to find a place in such good condition and with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very comfortable, and living area very spacious. For the 5 of us, this was a great base for the holiday (with enough room for maybe 6, 7 or even 8). We cooked almost every night here, with everything you could need in the good size kitchen. The laundry room was a essential for our time, and although we only made limited use of it, the games room looked fun.
In terms of location, we were about 10 miles in the car from Disney parks. At the busiest time, we took 30 minutes with quickest around 15 minutes. Half the time, we came home for lunch and a dip in the pool (which the kids just loved and got a lot of use).
Very peaceful at night, being a good distance (1/2 mile or so) from the main road.
Overall, we had a really good time here and it was great not to be stuck with a hotel room (and hotel food) for our trip. Would be happy to recommend and would use again when we come back."

Thanks Tim and family for your great review. Regards the distance to Disney - we are actually only 4.5 miles from Animal Kingdom gates, which is the nearest Disney Park to our house.
We also have access to a "back" road which saves you using the busy Highway 192.
Glad the family went back to the house and pool for a break during the day - its good to recharge your batteries in order for you to enjoy the nightime shows that are on offer.

| "The accommodations were great and we felt very comfortable. All areas of this villa were kept up very well. The location was great as well. Close to everything without being on top of everything. We will highly recommend this villa to our friends and family and will likely attempt to book it again next year. The owners of this property have been very attentive as well as the Villa Rentals. Economically it is a great option and you can plan to travel lighter as there is a great washer and dryer. We would highly recommend this Villa to others."

"The house and facilities were excellent. We had a great rapport with the owners and a good experience with villa renters.com.
The only thing we could fault was the reaction from the housekeeping company, who we felt werent particularly helpful... We filled up, and tended to the pool ourselves - and they couldnt help us with organising tickets and such. Also, the sheets in the master bedroom contained a "washed in" stain - which obviously hadnt been noticed. They did, however, contact the owners about a fault with the telephone.
All in all a good stay, though, and the property is a credit to the owners.

Delighted the guests thought facilities were excellent. Regards "filling and tending to the pool" it is common
practice to have to top up any swimming pool due to every day, normal use. Our pool company had made their regular visits and checks on the pool during guests stay.
As for a mark on one of the sheets - the bedding has been replaced with new sheets. Only sorry that guests had not contacted me regards this during their stay and this would have been resolved immediately as I take great pride in the cleanliness of our home and comfort of our guests.

| "This was one of the best villas we have stayed in, clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. The Pool & Games room were great - We could have stayed at the villa all day if it wasn’t so close to Disney and all the other attractions the area has to offer – It was a real pleasure to come back to after a hard day at the theme parks."

| "Had a fantastic holiday. The villa was fantastic. Location was great for disney, the information left at the villa about the back roads was great it saved us loads of time.
Like a home from home, everything we needed and more. The little extras like the cool box, pool towels was brill!
