| "A big, spacious and well equipped villa, but in need of a deep clean, some new furniture and a little TLC. Carpets, upholstered furniture and pool furniture were all very dirty. The screens around the pool and across the patio doors are full of holes, so we had to fish insects out of the pool every morning. The pool itself gets very little sun, due to the tall trees. However, the villa is very well equiped, with a big screen TV with full cable package and free wi-fi. Masses of clean towels and clean bedding. Loads of plates, cutlery, glasses etc, brand new fridge, washer and dryer, but the stove and dishwasher have both seen better days. The house is on a nice quiet street, with easy access to the interstate, and close to a supermarket. we really enjoyed our stay, but if a little time and money were spent on deep cleaning and repairs, this could be a sensational home."

| "like most people we looked at so many villas day after day it became very difficult to whittle it down, in the end we went with our instinct and crossed everything and thankfully could not have been happier,it met all mour expectations, my one recomendation is you will need a hire car as its about 15-20 mins from the disney attractions and 5mins from local shops, we had a fantastic holiday and would love to go back one day very soon."

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa! it exceeded our expectations by a long way. When we arrived it was extremely clean and welcoming. We really felt we were staying in someones home and felt very comfortable. We were really sad to leave. I fell in love with the laundry room and the walk in closet (its a woman thing!) The area was peaceful but only a few minutes to the local public supermarket, Mc Donalds etc. Really easy to get to the parks, (only 10 mins) The roads are very easy to work out once youve got the hang of them! It was nice to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was wonderful and the garden very safe. Everything you needed was there, pool toys, bbq, even books and dvds! I have already recommended to several people!"

| "This house is located in Davenport near most conveniences. Dr. Bennett was a gracious host and his home is lovely. This is an older neighbourhood but it is loaded with charm. It is definitely a quiet place after a day at the parks. He provides more than enough for an enjoyable vacation. Thank you Dr. Bennett."

| "The villa was very spacious and comfortable when returning from long hard days round the parks. It was well equipped and maintained. The on site contact was extremly helpful and available at all times. Ideally located for the main theme parks and easy access to nearby local amenities. We had a fantastic stay at Pinewood and would recommend to friends and family. We would definately use this property again on a future Florida holiday."

| "This property is located in a small residential development of like properties, with trees to the rear and a green area to the fore. We found it quite private and quiet. Disney was only a few junctions up on the I4 (a distance of around 10 mile), as was the main eateries on highway 192 through Kissimee. Remember 10 miles in the states is just down the road. All facilities in the villa were better and bigger than you expect in the UK. (our own modern 4 bed home felt small on returning home in comparison to this 4 bed villa ). The villa had initial supplies of tea bags, condiments, even surplus lotion & washing up liguid - not always found in previous villas we have rented. This along with the endless supply of fluffy white towels, and lots of inflatable toys in the pool, along with many other little extras, made the whole stay that bit better. The only issue we had was that the main bedroom was downstairs (with huge en-suite etc), with the other 3 bedrooms being upstairs. With there being only 3 of us (2 adults and a 3 yr old) we found that one of the adults had to sleep upstairs as it was unsafe for the 3 yr old to be upstairs alone. So she slept with mum or dad each night whilst the other was exiled upstairs (she would probably consider this a good point). This is the only fault we can offer. We wish we had stayed longer and highly recommend this property. You will enjoy a holiday here we assure you."

| "This property was fantastic, we loved the private pool and the size of the villa was great. The master bedroom was amazing with its private bathroom. We would definately recommend this villa to our friends and family and we would definately stay here again when we return. It is pretty straight forward for getting to disney and all the other parks so this was not a problem. We loved being outside of all the hustle and bustle as it was really quiet in the area where the villa is located."

| "The property was great and in a great area with some friendly people around.All of the big theme parks were within 20 mins which was great.
My only critisim was that the pool area was not clean when we arrived and was not cleaned whilst we were there.The pool was cleaned on the sunday after we arrived and then by the next friday it was filthy,but we phoned the contact and to their credit they did come straight out and clean it.
Will be keeping the details of the propertiy for future stays in florida was a lovely home"

| "6 of us had a lovely 3 weeks at the villa, which was in really good condition.
Overall evrything was good escept for a few small thing, which if put right would enhance the stay.
1. The pool was good, except that for 3 day it was not usable, as it went very green. Had the filter been cleaned regularly this problem would not have occured. Water treatment should be proactive not reactive.
2. There were no instructions on how to use the oven, so it took a while to work it out. Also 1 of the rings did not work while another one onlt worked sometimes.
3. To cater for 6 to 8 people we felt there needed to be more cooking utensils.
4. There is a need for a parasol out by the pool.
I would like to point out that these are constructive suggestions and did, not in any way, spoil our stay at the villa and we would consider returning again."

| "Good location, excellent order throughout. Pool rea was excellent in the hot sunshine and perfect in the afternoons and evening. Directions were a little confusing initially but once you find your way then its a doddle. We had a small issue with the pool on the second week but one call to the management team sorted this out within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property and will be booking again in the future."

| "The property was exactly as described and my party were extremely happy with the accommodation and facilities. The instructions to find the property were clear and accurate and amenities close by were excellent. Air conditioning provided welcome respite from the humidity as did the pool. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances plentiful, bathrooms clean and water always hot. We had no reason to call the management team although we saw them when they came to cut the grass. Pinewood drive is suitably quiet and away from the main road. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone."

| "As first time visitors to a florida villa, we found the experience unforgettable. The villa was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with an adequately sized pool, which provided much entertainment. We did experience a problem with the pool cleanliness towards the end of our stay, however this was quickly attended to by the management team. Although not as ideally located as some other villas, the price and the peaceful surroundings more than compensate."

| "Like the previous review we were not sure about the distance to Disney but this wasn't a problem at all as it only took 10-15 mins to get there. The Villa was fantastic, a real bargin and very spacious. The kids bedrooms a really well done out and there was plenty for them to do in the villa such as a playstation, pool toys etc. The next time we visit Florida we will definitely would want to return here. 10/10!!!!!"

The property is in a mainly residential area and backs on to a conservation area so is really quiet - just what you need after the hustle and bustle of the day. We did have our reservations before going as it seemed a good distance from most things. However, we were only 6 miles from the 192 and a couple of I4 junctions away from Disney, so really well situated. We will definately return to this property."
