| "The house in Schinias was very nice. It accomodated our family well. The kitchen was well equipped and had large work spaces, which particularly suited our family of cooks. The location, however, was inconvenient for our group, as we were interested in sight-seeing outside the immediate area where we were staying. We spent more time in our cars than we had anticipated. Also, accessability to the Aegean Sea was not as we had imagined. Negotiating the rocks to get in and out of the water was too daunting for us, although we did see swimmers who managed it. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation home, especially for those renters who choose to relax around the pool."

We enjoyed our time at Villa Sxinias immensely. Ten days was not enough. Joe and Sophia made us feel welcome and they were very helpful both before and even during our stay. This is a beautiful home and even though there were only 4 of use, it was certainly big enough for more. Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was one of my greatest pleasures. One thing potential renters should be aware of is that some of the major sites i.e. Delphi, Epidavros and Corinth are 2 1/2 hours away so some day trips can be quite long. That said, if you have Billy drive for you, you will learn lots about Greece while driving to the sites as well as being able to enjoy the beautiful Greece countryside. We were there in early May and the wildflowers were spectacular!"

| "This was a beautiful house! The property was very clean and the pool gorgeous. The kitchen was completely equipped with good quality appliances and every possible amenity. The house is huge so any size group will be comfortable. The bedrooms are all good size, the master is very large. The view from any one of the balconys is amazing. Joe and Sophia were wonderful hosts and helped us with everything and anything we needed, even before we arrived. After we left the made sure we made it home. The area is beautiful, Joe and Sophia are great, and I would recommend this property to everyone!!!"

| "We had a fantastic time at the Sea Shore Villa. It is everything the advertisement says it is and more. We all have fabulous memories swimming in the infinity pool while viewing the Aegean Sea. The house decor and artwork was outstanding. The location allowed us to enjoy Greek village life in cafes and beach life. Jumping off marble rocks into the Aegean left unforgettable memories. Joe Ashley is a wonderful host and an onsite source of information. He was caring and interested in our safety and enjoyment. We highly recommend the Sea Shore Villa as a vacation destination extraordinaire."

| "Wonderful venue for a relaxing visit. As I emailed the owener, "What a great house to come home to after a long day of driving!"
The only concern was that with 12 people, 3 baths didn't seem sufficient. Other than that, it was fantastic."

| "I don't have enough great things to say about this property. It was as beautiful as the pictures. So much so that we never wanted to leave and even venture out into the town! Joe and his wife were fabulous and always on hand to answer every question. It was comforting being in a foreign land and feeling like I had someone to guide me when needed. My whole family really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was so much better than being in a cramped hotel and the price was well worth it."

| "The Villa was spectacular with views of the Aegean Sea that were fabulous. The Bedrooms were spacious and accomodating. The owners were available but not intrusive and provided so much information that we felt completely at ease. If coming to Greece for the first time, we definitely recommend getting the driver and car that they can provide, this provides a worry free excursion of the various sites and cities that we visited."

| "This villa was wonderful. It is a beautiful home. We had plenty of living space for 6 adults and one baby. There is room for 2 more adults - this still would have been comfortable. The kitchen is large and functional - we prepared a few meals and used the barbecue. The owners were helpful and pleasant to talk to. Great value for large groups. The only drawback is the distance from Athens. You must have a car to leave the neighborhood to get to the main bus stop (about 10-15 minute drive away). We had cars, so this was not a problem and the owner makes this very clear."

| "We can't say enough good things about this villa. The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We stayed with our two children and my parents and had more than enough room for everyone. (A+ kitchen)
The owners were wonderful - they went beyond the call of duty to be helpful and gave many good sight-seeing tips.
The beach was wonderful for the kids and not at all crowded.
The drive to downtown Athens took us about an hour, but was not difficult.
Would definitely recommend this villa!!!"

What can l say!My family and l stayed in your beautiful home while visiting Greece and the only regret we have, was that we could'nt have stayed longer.It was more then we could have expected.The view from the house is breath taking.Over looking the mountains and sea while drinking that first cup of coffee in the morning just reminded me how lucky l was.I had to pinch myself to make sure it wasn't a dream.Also with that great kitchen with the view of the sea, made for wonderful candle light dinners who needed restaurants.My 13 year old daughter was thrilled to put on her bathing suit and dive into the pool that seemed to just be an extension of the sea below.If we return to Greece we know where we will be staying Thanks again for helping us make wonderful memories of our trip to Greece.

"This was our first vacation rental over the internet. Needless to say, we were very apprehensive. Your detailed directions from the airport took us to your house with no problems at all. All I can say is WOW. Your house is much more than you described. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and the sun rises over the islands outside the kitchen window and sitting by the fire at night. Like you said, we had plenty of privacy and the walks by the sea were fantastic. We really appreciated you letting us keep our excess luggage at your house when we went on our trip to Santorini and arranging for a taxi to take us to the ferry and pick us up when we returned. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful vacation. We hope to come again, but next time in the summer, so we can enjoy swims in your pool and in that little cove in the sea just outside our bedroom window.
