| "We had a brilliant holiday at this villa, the pool and grounds were fantasic although an occasional visit by a gardener wouldnt go a miss.
The lack of aircon was a massive problem as it was practically impossible to sleep due to the heat.
It werent for the lack of aircon we would definately return to this villa next year as it is so close to Benidorm, and we have friends living in the area. But we would rather travel further for a villa that does have aircon instead!"

| "I would recommend this Villa as it was great value for 5 adults. We all had a superb time with the younger members of our party, partying in Benidorm all night and then chilling at the pool all day. Air conditioning would have been a bonus however. Loads of chill out areas in the beautifull gardens, gave everyone their own space. Barbera was very helpfull. Excellent time was had by all. Thanks Caroline"

| "Decor a bit on the old side. Could do with air conditioning as bedrooms get very hot at night. The blinds in the small bedroom were broken. The toilet flushing a bit worrying as it flushes very slowly.
Nice garden and pool. Kitchen good size. Fridge too small for 6 people to have drinks food etc in."

| "The villa was in a very quiet area about a mile from alfas which suited us, but there was not a lot for our two teenagers to do so they got a little fed up . The nearest shop is in alfas so they couldn,t even walk to the shops.The community pool is very nice but also very quiet.I would highly recommend this villa for adults with a car for a really relaxing holiday."

| "Maria Amelia was pretty good for staying, nice garden (though a bit unattended), great pool with pretty swimming toys, nice balcony, nice souvenir cats :)
It was very convenient that the supermarket (in l’Alfas Del Pi) is just in a few minutes of drive from villa. We found all things we needed for everyday life and to cook in the kitchen.
About some negative points.. The absence of air conditioning was a real problem for us as we needed to try all bedrooms seeing where we can breath normally. So it was a bit noisy in the evening because of the road (we had to keep all windows opened). The water pressure was weak in bathrooms and hot water was not stable which were, in general, not well enough for full comfort. Finally, (just because of our taste), next time we will rent a villa closer to the sea.
But anyway, we had a great time in the Maria Amelia.
