| "Bedrooms were nice and airy although one window overlooked neighbour and had to close shutters to change. The bicycles were excellent and gave great entertainment and fitness as did the swimming pool which was loved by all. My only real disappointment was the distance to calis and the fact that there were only two dolmus going and returning everyday. Prices of the taxi from calis to resort was quite costly. We attempted to light the bar-b-q but we just couldnt get it working. Made friends with the local cats which visited us most nights. Overall a good fun holiday was had by all. Thankyou."

| "The property was lovely but would benefit from fly screens so that windows and doors can be left open in the evening to create some coolness during the really hot season.
By the way we broke a few glasses but bought you 6 more! Also bought and left you a couple of pillows
One plate broken but did not replace as couldnt find one like it.
Just to advise that the freezer kept freezing solid so door wouldnt open. Also one of the trays in the door was cracked and broken when we got there.
Lovely property, better finished than similar we saw and lovely grounds and facilities."

| "The property is situated in a gated complex of approx 120 houses. The house is well appointed with all mod cons. A bonus would have been air-con. Some minor maintainance is required around the house but this did not interfere with our enjoyment. The grounds are well maintained and there are are some very pretty gardens. There is a fabulous swmming pool that was never crowded or noisy during our 2 week stay. There is a small cafe within the complex that sells milk, bread and most importantly beer. A desalination plant supplies drinking water for free. The shingle beach approx 250m is never crowded and Calis Beach is 5 mins via Dolmus where there are many restaurants. Our 2 children (10 & 12 yrs) voted it a great holiday but if you like noisy bars and kiss me quick hats it's not for you."

| "The villa, 49 Telmossos was in good repair. The kitchen and bedroom fittings were new and the building was in good state of repair - smooth plastered ceilings, clean, new, attractively tiled floors and bathroom/WC and freshly painted, clean rooms. There was a gas hob, an electric oven, large fridge and microwave all of which were useful. The villa compound was fenced off and gate manned 24 hours so we felt secure. It was October. Swimming pool inside compound nearest villa was closed but there was another one quite nearby that children made good use of and we had free use of sunbeds around the pool.
People who own villa arranged our airport transfers and charge was only £25 each way - much cheaper than friends of ours paid. Weather was great. We had one day of thunder, lightening and rain in 2 weeks. Rest of the time it was sunshine, my guess 28 - 32 degrees. We ate out quite cheaply and found restaurant owners Calis were often very happy to transport us back to Telmossos compound free of charge, though we usually tipped quite generously. Lifts back were great, especially second week as it got colder and windier in the evenings and it was quite a long way to walk in the dark with tired kids in tow. If you plan to self cater a lot the Sunday market in Calis is worth visiting for supplies, though we found meat was tricky to source. Got meat (and everything heart desired) in Fethiye Supermarket, but not possible to do a large shop and get it back to villa unless you had hire car or got taxi back because of walk from Calis where public transport minibuses stopped, to Telmossos villa compound. All in all though a good holiday and a good place to stay. Nearby town Fethiye very scenic with interesting historic sites to visit. Cost only 40p on minibus to get there. All of excursions on offer high season were still going when we were there 7th - 21st Oct. Turkish people Calis and Fethiye were friendly - many evidently depended for livelihoods on tourism."

| "We had a really lovely relaxed holiday. The position of the villa was perfect, great views of the pool & the mountains, spent a lot of time on the patio. Met many new friends, both Turkish & English. Special thanks to Helen & Suat at Turtle beach (nearest bar & restaurant) about 20 mins walk away. Would recommend hiring a car, as a bit remote, but nice nice to be in middle of tourist areas. Also thanks to Sue & Baycel for their help. It was great having a washing machine & dishwasher! Only negative point was not having air conditioning - but we coped ok with the fans.

| "We really enjoyed our holiday this year. The villa was clean ,spacious, and all our needs had been catered for.It was wonderful sitting out on the varander for breakfast each morning, just watching the world go by.The complex was really clean and extremely safe for children. The people were very warm,helpfull and friendly. I would have no hesitations in returning to Telmessos in the future. A great place for a chilled out relaxing holiday."
