| "My wife and I stayed at the Sand Club Apartments at Golf Del Sur in Tenerife for 2 weeks in May We already had the key to the apartment which had been posted to us so had no hassles with checking in etc. The apartment was 1st class and had every thing you could want
to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a really enjoyable holiday.Would recommend
if asked.
The only wee thing is! You have to pay a non Refundable Damage Waiver which we didnt know
about.

The property was clean and well equipped. Spacious and with extras that you do not always get with a holiday package. We were well impressed with the complex. It was clean, quiet and private, and the pool area was adequate although the pool bar was closed at the time we were there. Overall excellent and we would definitely have villarenters again, brill!"

| "We would thoroughly recomend this property. We had a wonderful stay in Sand Club and were so pleasantly surprised at how convenient and amazing the location was. The apartment itself was great value for money and in perfect condition. With only walking distance to a variety of shops and resteraunts the villa could not have been situated better. The surrounding views were also stunning. We found the locals to be very welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing holiday and will definitly be going back again in the future."

| "We had a lovely week in Golf der Sur. The apartment was lovely and situated in an excellent area close to both swimming pool and local centre. we really appreciated the cool shaded patio area to escape the hot sun.
We would recommend this holiday to family and friends. All great!"

| "This was the first time that we have gone self-catering in an apartment and we were very happy with it. There was everything we needed and even though it was on the flight path for the airport we found that it caused us no trouble at all. In fact, we quite enjoyed watching the planes coming in. We soon found out that when the planes come in from a different direction we were in for rain. As it was December we expected some rain but for 12 days out of the 14 the weather was 24 degs with a lovely breeze that made it really comfortable.
The apartment was within a short distance of the San Blas where we ate and bought our groceries and near a bus stop so that we could go further afield."

| "The property was exactly as described on the website. It was spotlessly clean and for a small extra charge, we got a change of bed linen half way through our stay.
We received the keys to the property in plenty of time before our holiday and found the information brochure sent by the owners to be extremely useful.
The property itself is situated on a main road and on the flight path for the arport, but despite this it is still very quiet and any disturbance is kept to the absolute minimum. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away and the golf courses are literally acrss the road from the apartment.
I would have no hesitation in recommending 102 Sand Club to anyone hoping for a nice break in Tenerife and consider it to be excellent value for money.

"The property is clean, spacious, well-equipped and in an excellent location. The linen and towel change service was excellent.
The complex was generally well maintained and quiet. The pool area would benefit from a little rennovation, particularly the toliets which were rather smelly!
Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely visit the resort of Golf del Sur again."

The toilets by the pool have now been sorted. Apparently no one had reported the problem to the maintenance team. The complex is looking to renovate the pool area in Nov 2008 - now that the quoting process is completed.

We had a marvellous 10 days. The apartment was just as described and we really enjoyed our stay there.
It was raining when we arrived but then had 10 days of non stop sunshine with temparatures in the mid to high 20's.

| "Well situated, clean with plenty of facilities. We had a need to call out the land agents for a window that wouldn't shut. He had it fixed within a few hours. The only negative was not regarding the apartment but is the Sand Club reception which seemed to be closed every time we went passed."

| "This is the second time we have booked the apartment. We used book our holidays through a travel agent to Spain, but this is cheaper and we get an apartment not a room, it is like home from home. The weather is great and english is spoken locally. We will be booking the apartment again."

| "We booked it following a recomendation from a friend who had stayed there. It was great value for money, a short taxi ride from the airport, they let us stay on on the last day, which meant no hanging around. The apartment has plenty of room and the bigger bolier they had put in always had enough hot water for my baths, I do not like showers. We have booked to go again in August."

| "The property was excellant but could not get away from the fact that you are on the flight path and next to the bust one way road system.
But you did get used to the noise and the complex is ideally situated near all the bars and restaurants. The bus service is nearly on your doorstep so journeying to the next locations was easy and it is recommended that you purchase a Titsa bus card at the beginning of your holiday as it will save you money!"

| "It is located in a quite area of Tenerife with respect to nightlife, pubs etc. There are however more than a dozen restaurant/pubs nearby which offer a good selection of food and drink. It is near a golf club, although not really walking distance if clubs are to be carried. It is near a taxi rank and bus stop, but I hired a car from a nearby shop. The apartment is a good size for a couple and is clean and comfortable. Take DVDs if you like home entertainment."

"Overall we had a great time & the property was in line with expectations.
The only reservation & downside we would report, was the lack of sufficient hot water in order to have a bath or even complete a single shower - we had to resort to boiling pans & kettles of water.
some of the fittings look a little tired & worn & need of a little refurb, but this is only a an observation to assist the vendor - not a real critism."

Since Andrew submitted this reveiw we have had fitted a larger 75 litre water heater. The fabric on the sofa bed and chair in the lounge is a designer canarian style distressed look by the local Biombo furniture shop.
