| "The property was far better than expected. The description and photographs did not do it justice. It was clean and had all the equipment you need. The Housekeeper was very helpful and was able to accommodate our early arrival and departure times.

| "House was accurately described by your organisation.
Key transfer easy and owner was extremely helpful and helped us finding the right spots and even helped in the booking of a kayak-tour.
House was in very good condition and clean.
I was absolutely satisfied with this property and would warmly recommend it to everyone with quest for luxory holiday homes and strive for style.
The booking procedure also was easy and worked perfectly."

| "Hemos pasado 4 días estupendos en la Semana Santa de 2009. Fuimos 8 amigos más 3 peques y la casa es realmente acogedora. No le falta de nada, completamente equipada, cálida, espaciosa, moderna y supercómoda. El jardín, una delicia y la psicina y el solarium aún más. Además está perfectamente situada, a menos de 100 metros de la playa, en una zona residencial muy tranquila pero muy cerca de un supermercado y una pescadería con género recién pescado. Además, está a menos de media hora de Oporto, Viana do Castelo, Barcelos...
Todos hemos quedado encantados y desde luego, es muy muy recomendable.
Quiero dar las gracias a Carlos y sus colaboradores porque realmente la estancia ha sido genial.
Repetiremos seguro!"

| "We were really pleased with this lovely house. Three generations were comfortable and the decor suited us all. The kitchen is very well appointed. The owner was most helpful in every way. Perfect for a group holiday.
Esposende is a pretty unspoilt town with a beautiful beach and seafront. There was a refreshing breeze most days. We missed Brazil night on Saturday at the Foz. Nearby are other interesting Portuguese towns to be explored. We liked Viana do Castelo a few minutes away."

| "Fantastic Stay in Portugal which had a lot to do with this awesome accomodation. Everything we needed and more was within the villa and really good restaurants, bars and even clubs were easily accessible. Would definately recommend !!!"

| "The proporty was massive and had a high specification.
Great pool and pool area, with the villa located within 5 mins of the beach which was very clean and quiet.
The best thing was that there were very few other English people and this is a genuinely unspoilt area.
Not many restaurants as most dining is for locals and this is within cafes, btu great cake shops.

Very friendly and because of the lack of toursits it was very cheap
would go again, and the owner was very accomodating giving a guided tour of the key areas when we arrived"

| "I must say that when we arrived we expected a nice house, but we got a palace! It's a huge house, fully air conditionned, impeccably decorated, very comfortable. the location is fantastic, right by the beach, and Esposende is this nice, friendly fishermen's town of stunning beauty. The area is breath taking. We had great fun and will come back as we have family in the area..."

| "We were really impressed with this house from the first minute. It is huge, and the interior design is really slick and of good taste! It is very well equipped. The area is fantastic, the long beaches, the river, the local town (without any high buildings), it is all very beautiful and well kept. Will definitely come back in the Summer. this is one of the few properites with air-conditioning... a must for us! Highly recommended!"

| "This is a luxurious house. Rooms, Kitchen, Living Room are all very big. The way it is furnished and decorated is impeccable. You couldn't expect more even from a designer hotel! It has air-cond which will be a plus when we plan to come back in the Summer, and central heating too. The town is of stunning beauty. We took long walks in the fine sand beach, which is only around the corner from the house, and the local town is of a very charming beauty. We had a great time, will recommend to friends and come back!"
