| "A beautiful apartment with magnificent views. The apartment has top of the line appliances. The proximity to the plazas and shopping is wonderful. We were three sisters traveling together and felt very safe and secure in our accommodations.
The bedrooms are on the street, Benalcazar side, which can get a bit noisy, but didnt bother any of our group.
Would go back in a heartbeat."

| "Terrific remodel in Colonial Quito lacking no modern convenience in a terrifc central location. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, all cooking utensils, TV with Direct TV service and an interent hookup (bring your own computer).
All major plazas were a few blocks away. The only issue we had was with the street noise as the two bedrooms face the cobblestone street upon which traffic does run fairly regularly. But that was to be expected considering the location. Thats the only fault I could find with this apartment.
Pick up and delivery service to the airport was always prompt but maybe a little expensive but not having to worry about finding a cab in the early morning made it palatible."

| "The apartment was large and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the veiw was lovely. the service was also excellent. I have stayed in good hotels and apartments all over the world and this was one of my favorites. I could not have made a better choice in Quito. It was well worth the price."

| "My family (2 adults and 2 teenage children) stayed here for a week. The apartment is very lovely recently renovated to a very high standard, elegantly furnished with a mix of modern and traditional fittings and fixtures, very light and airy, and with a terrific view over the "centro historico". It is an easy walk to the Plaza Grande and all the sites of old Quito. Taxis are also readily found outside the building for trips to Mariscal and Quito Norte. The kitchen in the flat is well-appointed and there is a grocery store just a few blocks away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk."

"The apartment was everything that we expected. I work for the United Nations and have rented luxury apartments all over the world. The standards for this apartment were equal to others. It has great views from both the balcony and terrace. The building is also safe and quiet with a good location to all the Spanish Colonial museums, churches and restaurants. The evening walks amoungst the old Colonial streets for dinner was truely memorable of Europe. The management staff was exceptional with their service and I highly recommend their private car and driver for aiport pickup as well as tours. They operate an upper end travel agency which caters to a discerning clientele. Due to this large luxury apartment in the heart of the Colonial district that provides great service….there is no reason why anyone should stay in a hotel.
