| "What a beautiful apartment. Clean, tidy, everything you could wish for on a holiday. A washing machine, now only a female will understand the luxury of this on holiday. The apartment was spacious, every convenience you could ask for. The complex was very clean, tidy, the pool bar excellant value for money, and staff very helpful and friendly. The pool is warm, the pool area very clean, I actually cannot fault the entire complex or apartment, would highly recommend this apartment. The only draw back is the two flights of stairs you have to climb carrying cases, my advice is dont pack too much in your case as its a long way up with a heavy case, but can honestly say this would not put me off using the apartment again. The other fantastic thing is it is central to everything, Shenanigans, you have to try this bar, amazing fun, the Dubliners (for every age), beach five mins away, shops on your door step, what more can I say."

| "The apartment is clean, comfortable and well maintained. All amenities and home comforts were made available and we were very pleased with the first and lasting impressions. Parque Santiago 1 is well placed for bars and restaurants yet well away from any hustle and bustle in this quiet apartment facing the pool. Would suggest that the apartment is very well suited to families and couples but because its on the second floor with stair access only, this could become difficult for anyone with a disability. The agents for the owner, Sunway are only a short walk away and very helpful should you need any assistance."

| "Excellent week and complex is beautifull and set in an ideal location. Apartment was very nice and furnished very well with all the necessaties including Sky Sports and English T.V channels, DVD Player and films and games in the cupboards to for when you are in the Apartment.
Complex is quiet and set in lovelly grounds although it is 2.50 euros for a sunbed, it is worth it because it never got to busy, just right.
Would definately go back to Tenerife and this Apartment is in the heart of everything good, set close to all the nice shops, bars and restaurants in the area and a lovelly poolside bar with happy hour!!
Would recommend!

"Very good location with lovely balcony views of pool. Area great in any direction for good choice of eateries, pubs and shops. Promenade walks fantastic. We experienced very little disturbance - in fact could not believe how quiet the complex was of an evening. Well looked after complex with pool attendants and nice cafe. Evening security was visible as well. Space as expected for an apartment of this type and represented good value for a family group like ours. Future improvement might be some ceiling fans! Disappointed after a late arrival to find no welcome pack. However grateful for the opportunity of a late checkout to assist our party of 5 getting ready to leave! For most folks this wouldnt be a problem as there is a changing room and shower at the poolside and a friendly cafe onsite. Was easy to contact the agent in Playa for further information about departure/key, etc and I would look to book again hopefully later in the year! Would recommend to friends."

| "The apartment was in a great location you have to walk abit further than the stated 30 seconds to the beach but that was fine the sandy beach was a 5-10 min walk away. The apartment was very clean & had good facilities. Would recommend."
