| "A good secluded villa - within walking distance to centre of paphos.
Some of the furniture and decor could do with re-newing but nothing that bad!!
Having use of private pool was great and Julietta was helpful and accommodating.
Only worry was the electrics at the back of the TV which need attending to - whilst trying to get the DVD player working i was changing the adapters round only to find blue sparks shooting out of the adapter from which i could have got a nasty shock. I changed it over with the adapter from the microwave which worked fine.
the owner needs to ensure that nothing worse happens - i forgot to mention to her whilst there so if she is reading it please check the adaptors!

| "Very well looked after gorgeous Villa, juast like the desciption states, in a quiet area and secluded and private, yet close enough to everything to be able to walk into town and back 2 or 3 times a day if needed. An amazing local supermarket / fruit store too.
The villa was beautiful spacious and enjoyable. with air con in the bedrooms and the beautiful sized pool outside the living room this was ideal. Nohing better than getting back from a hot walk or waking up the night after a few drinks and relaxing in the pool. Great gas bbq too for easy outdoor cooking.
Our first stay in a villa but were blown away. Julietta and father were great hosts and go out their way to help you out.
My only regret, i wished id booked longer."

| "Joulietta & family were most helpful & made us feel very welcome. my only criticism is the advert says "no car needed" I felt a car was essential. It was a good 35 minute walk to the town & too hot to walk. The money we spent on taxis we could have hired a car, but it didnt spoil our holiday. A lovely villa."

| "This was our first experience of Cyprus and of staying in a villa. From start to finish everything was perfect. Joulietta made the booking arrangements simple and was very helpful throughout, even booking the transfer for us. We were met on arrival by Joulietta and her father and shown around the villa and even gave us a quick tour of the local area to point out the supermarket and bakery. The villa exceeded our expectations, being spacious and spotlessly clean and the pool was really excellent. Well located for the town and harbour area.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jouiletta and this made a real difference.
It was one of the best holidays we have had and would recommend the Eliana to anyone, it is great to be able to say we couldnt find anything to complain about! We hope we can go back again.

| "The property was very clean and well presented and had everything needed to provide for a good holiday. Good in size, close to amenities, no car was needed. The pool was a brilliant asset and cleaned constantly. Joulietta and her father provided an excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would recommend this villa to friends.

| "When booking a Villa you kind of feel like your taking a gamble, its not a like booking a hotel where you can read thousands of reviews and really build up your knowledge beforehand. However booking the Eliana Villa was one gamble that truly paid off. Both prior and after making our booking i was in contact with the owner Joulietta. She made our decision easy by providing us with first hand knowledge of the villa and the surrounding area.
Joulietta arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport and she welcomed us to the Villa on our arrival. Believe me the villa doesnt dissapoint. It had all the utilities and the swimming pool was a excellent. It was located in a quiet street close to a shop and food market store. Plus it was only 3min drive away from the harbour.
I would also like to thank Joulietta and her father for coming to the rescue and lending my father in-law a waistcoat for a wedding we were attending.
Superb!!!

| "Many thanks to Joulietta for accomodating us at the (very) last minute.
The Villa is gorgeous, clean and well appointed.
Any issues (PS2 and BBQ Gas) were quickly resolved.
Highly recommended for all types of holidaymakers. Quite and tranquil, easy to relax but within a stroll of the main town bars and resturants.
The weather, in April, was a bonus!"

"The villa is very good and dealing with Julietta made it very easy from initial booking till departing Cyprus her personal attention was great.
We were contacted prior to leaving home to ensure all was ok with flights and to ensure we made her aware of any problems.
The villa was spotlessly clean and arrival pack was great to have at breakfast time.
We had a good time at the villa we particiularily enjoyed the meal prepared and delivered by Juliettas dad.
The facilities are excellent pool, sunbeds, BBQ, outside table & chairs etc inside is also very well equiped.
There is a supermarket not too far away and a kiosk on the corner 50metres.
It is a good walk to the harbour area and the main town around 15 minutes.
Alll round the Villa is an excellent base for a holiday in the Paphos area, Joulietta and family made it a special experience for us."

"The villa was very spacious and clean with an ideal location to access the main restaurant /bar area of Kato Pahos and the harbour.
Juliette and demetrious were very friendly and helpful.
We can definately recommend the home cooked greek menu that Demetrious offers.

| "Would definitely return to this villla. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Downstairs area and kitchen likewise. Pool area and BBQ were perfect and Joulietta and family couldn't of been more helpfull.
I would recommend that you take advantage of the transfer offered by Joulietta as the price was very competitive.
All in all great holiday in a great villa."
