| "Very nice clean and well equiped house as described. Good base for the local area which has some lovely beaches and places to visit, a car is essential to get the full benefit of the area. The kids loved the pools, the jacuzzis are fab. We spent a lot of time on the roof terrace which was great. The air conditioning was very welcome. Its in a very quiet area no noisy traffic!! We all had a great time and would have no hesitation in returning."

| "Well my family and i were fed up with the same holiday every year, a noisy hotel, bars,bars and bars on top of each other. So for a change we thought we would try a villa. You said your villa was 5 mins away from shops and bars, it was. You said it was very private, with the security gate leading into the properties made it that. The 2 pools of which the villa is situated outside 1 of them is perfect for the kids, ( they loved it ).But what made it for my wife and i was the lovely private sun terace on top, sunbathed all day long, and had our meals up there at night, fantastic.We will be back next year.
PS Julie who picked us up from the airport was a doll, it was comforting to know she stays in one of the villas and is there if you do have any problems."

| "The villa was of a high standard, well maintained and clean. The furnishings were comfortable and the air conditioning a delight. It was lovely having a roof-top terrace as well as being able to see the pool from the front door.
The directions and information provided prior to our visit were really helpful and Julies friendly help and advice were very much appreciated.
The villa is in an ideal location for visiting local beaches, tourist attractions etc. The immediate area (within walking distance) has a variety of restaurants, bars entertainment etc to meet all needs. It is also within reasonable driving distance of Benidorm for waterparks, Terra Mitica, Mundimar etc.

| "Hi Peter,
We very much enjoyed our holiday in your villa. We absolutely loved the rooftop scenario, very private, in fact we spent quite a bit of time up there, it's a marvelous sun-trap.
Loved the added advantage of the washing machine.
We loved Julie, she is lovely and made our arrival and departure run smoothly. She is also a lovely lady, very friendly and an asset to your property.
We loved the location and had fun visiting all the little villages and the lovely coastal walks. We will definitely keep your details and look forward to another visit. Next time we would like to fetch our grandchildren, they would have a great time.
If I can make a few suggestions - by no way criticisms, I hope you understand:-
Maybe it would be of added comfort if there were a few CD's to play and a few assorted paperbacks to thumb through?
Your toaster is abismal Peter - it takes 6 weeks to toast 2 slices of bread!!! Only joking luv, but it does take ages.
Thank you so much for all your help and tips, we were really glad that we hired a car, (as you rightly advised). Thanks also for your directions and thank you for the use of your lovely, clean and very well equipped villa.
