| "Wonderful property recently refurbished to a high standard. Air con throughout, flat screen TV, nice furnishings, good bathrooms and modern kitchen with all BOSCH appliances.
Well located too. I read a previous review which made reference to noise late at night from people returning from clubs at the front. I did not experience this at all. I can only assume they were unlucky and had some noisy kids staying closeby. This property is a short walk to the Praca (which is the centre for VDL) & beach.
Overall I thought this good value for a decent 3 bed property in what I consider to be a prime location.

| "Excellent location, 200m from the Praca (Square). Very comfortable and well equipped (except no fish slice or spatula for frying eggs!!). However the location also means that it can be noisy at 04.30am when the teenage nightclub revellers return. Whilst not the fault of the property, you should be aware that if you wish to use the public swimming pool it will cost you 17 euros/adult/day! In general prices on Vale do Lobo are considerably higher than elsewhere.
The cleaners were pleasant and efficient.
The full Sky TV was much appreciated by our teenagers.
Parking on street is ok."
