| "This apartment is really lovely but the reason it does not score excellent is quite simply the bed mattresses. Every single person in the comments book at the property mentioned it and whilst we like a firm mattress, we simply could not get a decent nights sleep - which I think is an important part of a holiday break. I actually think the mattresses are unacceptable and wonder if you would consider taking this lovely property off your site unless/until it is brought up to standard. The three terraces are lovely, apartment is very well equipped. However, because it is so quiet in that area, noise does travel quite a lot so you can hear the tv/talking of the people below. It is directly on the flight path but with a maximum of 5 flights per day, this was more of an excitement than an disturbance. Finally the owners do need to provide proper directions to the property, especially for those who hire a car."
