| "This was our 2nd visit to the property this year and once again we were not disappointed. The apartment is equiped to a very high standard meeting all the requirements of a 2 generation family. The owners were on hand to offer advice and assistance but were not intrusive. We would highly recommend this property especially if you are looking for a peaceful holiday but just a short drive from several sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and other wilder activities."

"This villa exceeded our expectations.The villa is stunning and has everything and more that you could ever need.
Rhona and Alan are two of the nicest people that you could meet. On arrival they were there to meet us and showed us around the beautifull villa. They gave us lots of tips on where to eat and visit.
The La Marina complex has everything you need, supermarkets, numerous restaurants, chemists, and lovely beaches.
I will definately be returning with my family in the near future. Many thanks to Rhona and Alan for making our holiday so memorable.

"Well, what can we say? Excellent all round in terms of accomodation, pool, comfort, amenities, and not least in the welcome and friendliness of Alan, Rhoda, and Rachael. We are quite seasoned travellers and can truthfully say this was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The villa and pool were as good as the photos suggest (a good size pool). We were privileged enough to have Alan, Rhoda and Rachael join us for a meal. Our daughter, Alex, became friends with Rachael. A truly memorable holiday. Its such a pity it has become so popular (tho not surprising), because we would love to return if we can get booked in!!"

"We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this great apartment, which is beautifully furnished, very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also wonderful having such a fabulous pool and spacious covered terrace all to ourselves. There is a good supermarket, several restaurants, and a large twice-weekly market within ten minutes walk. La Marina beach can easily be reached on the local bus or in one of the local taxis, which are reliable and very cheap, so a car is not essential. Owners Alan and Rhoda gave a very warm welcome and were always happy to help with advice and recommendations but were never intrusive. We would fully recommend a holiday here and are looking forward to our next visit."

"This was my second visit within the last twelve months and once again was not disappointed.
For my friends this was their first visit and they were highly delighted with both the villa and the friendliness of yourself and Alan. The accomodation is of the highest standard and I am sure that we will definitely be back sometime in the not too distant future.

"This was our second time at the apartment, once again 5* plus! We all had a fantastic time, lovely helpful owners give you complete privacy, great sized pool for the kids to play in, ideal for a quiet, relaxing, family holiday. Close to numerous restaurants, small shops & supermarkets, and a gorgeous quiet beach. Very safe area, and great safety of gates/shutters at villa. Highly recommended, thanks for having us to stay again!!"

"Our family of 5 visited Villa Raquel in February of this year.
We found the villa to be wonderful, very clean and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday.
The owners Alan and Rhoda, are lovely people, very kind, friendly and helpful.
They have decorated and furnished the villa to a very high standard, it really was very nice being there.....and we even had some warm winter sun, and were able to sit by the beautiful pool.
Our 3 kids had plenty to do, what with the trampoline, table tennis, board games and the pool....yes they went swimming in February!!!!
La Marina beach is stunning with a fabulous beach restaurant...lovely sunny lunches we had, this is reached by car in only 5-10 minutes.
Thank you guys for a lovely time, the break did us all good! xx"

"Property and hosts were 5 star. We were made to feel very welcome and Rhoda & Alan went out of their way to ensure all our possible requirements were meet. Including providing a decorated christmas tree for our arrival.
I would and have recommended this apartment to friends and look forward to returning again to enjoy the facilities on offer and Rhoda & Alans hospitality."

"We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for some wonderful peace and quiet. The villa is very modern, comfortable and clean. Everything you need(supermarket & restaurants) is in walking distance so a car is not essential. We have passed on the details to a few friends already. We are planning to go back."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Raquel, so much we didnt want to come home. It just felt like home from home. There was 5 adults 1 child and a baby of 4 months staying in the villa and we did not feel on top of each other at all, it was very spacious and has a luxurious feel to it. It was ideal for small children and babies as there is a great shaded terrace to sit and relax. Rhoda and Alan were excellent hosts and always made sure we were ok and had everything we needed, we couldnt have asked for anything else. I think Villa Raquel is excellent value for money and would definitely return. My in laws who came with us have already booked to go back next year."

"This villa is superb. The building itself has been done to a very high standard with lovely modern furniture and decoration. Inside it is spacious and spotless. The owners of the villa have thought of every possible need (from beers in the fridge to phone chargers provided).
Outside there is a fabulous pool as well as other entertainments and a choice of eating/ sunbathing areas.
Their description of the location of the property in relation to ammenities is accurate. The bars and restaurants are easy walking distance and there are several good supermarkets nearby. The property is also very easy to get to from Alicante airport (basically a straight road south).
My last point is that it is very secure and private. The villa is surrounded by high walls and locked gates and has good lockable windows and doors. We felt very safe having the owners upstairs who were extremely welcoming and helpful.
We cant wait to go back and would be very surprised if we could find another villa this perfect."

"This property was excellant short drive from airport, great for the kids who were well entertain with pool, trampoline, table tennis , football etc. The appartment very clean and every thing you need was there. Great indoor and outdoor room. 5min walk to nearest restarants etc yet set in a quite location. 5mins drive to beach. It was nice to no the owners are on hand as they have given us great advice and information on many things, and made you feel that more secure.This property is lovely and is well worth the money.Will defiently go back."
