| "Just returned from an idyllic 2 week stay at this beach house. Beautiful house (very modern and clean),and surroundings. We were always the only people on the beach apart from the occasional person or dog looking for crabs! As the beach is so close to the house, it`s easy to go back to cool off in the pool or get a drink. We daily bought hot food from the man who came along and cooked it on his moped, and looked forward to him coming. There were also people selling ice creams and fresh fruit who ride past and so we used them too. The building work is very minimal, not loud and was certainly not enough to bother us.
We had a car and moped and really enjoyed driving all around the area. We found a few small shops nearby to buy basics, but then used the big `Tesco`s which is only a 15 minute drive away.
The housekeeper was fantastic, very helpful and caring and also cooked us a wonderful meal."

| "We went for another holiday to the beach house again in June 2009. We had a great time staying at the house. There was the construction next door but it didnt disturb us as it did not make enough noise, besides the owner has built the new higher bamboo fence and that has been very helpful for privacy and noise. We spent time on the beach and by the pool. We love the high ceiling, the kitchen, the bedrooms and we like the design of the bathroom, my wife spent too much time in it and over all it is a very nice and modern clean house.However, you do need a transportation to get around. We hired a scooter and sometimes a van with driver for our trip to Hua Hin.We wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend it to anyone and will return again next year.

| "Positives - location for the beach.
Negatives - house was surrounded by construction activity (noisy, even on weekends). Owner did not inform us this would be happening. Internet connection was very expensive. Additional costs for electricity. Bathroom (toilet) smelt unpleasant. Difficult to find the property due to poor directions/lack of map."

| "Very nice home, located on a quiet beach, just outside Pran Buri. The home is new, nicely furnished and very clean. The pool is small, but perfect for cooling down in the heat and humidity. We had a very relaxing time, with walks on the beach and lazing around during the day. Restaurants and stores are some distance away, and a car or motorbike is nice to have. However, the housekeeper is happy to pickup any food from some of the inexpensive restaurants along the beach road. We met the owner, who is very pleasant and concerned that we had a good time. We did, and hope to have the chance to spend time there again."

| "The location of the villa is fabulous if you like a quiet life, we do and were very happy with the location, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves for the whole holiday. You do however need a car to explore the area which is essential. We did experience some noise from neighbours on all sides of the villa at some point during the holiday but this was not enough to put spoil our time there. As at March 09 a property is being built next door so there was some building noise. The maid service was very useful & helpful with regard to a boat trip & scooter hire. We would recommend this property as it is in a beautiful location with plenty of areas to visit."

| "If you are looking for an unspoilt piece of Thailand then the Beach House is the place to stay. It is situated on a beautiful quiet beach. The Beach House itself is well equipped, the pool and outside space are lovely. The housekeeper and her husband were really helpful and the food provided by the cooking service was fantastic. As the property is in a quiet area a car or scooter to get around is essential. However, there are many restaurants a short drive away. The only down side - how long will this paradise last as there were signs of up and coming development in the vicinity."

| "dear sue we have just spent two great weeks at your house in your beach house a great relaxing holiday you were right you need a car it opens up a lot more places tosee hua hin cha am dolphin bay we had a great time on chinese christmas eve in fishing village the housekeeper and husband wear very helpful as was the driver from bangkokwe would have no problem recomending it to people as we have done already i really enjoyed sitting on veranda with cool beer listening to the waves on beach so thanks again for all your help"

| "We had a loely time staying at he beach house. It was a very beautifully house and right on the unspoiled beach.The pool was on the deck and we spend so much time in the pool.The maid s husband was running around for our food shopping. I recommended to everyone who enjoy the quiet beach life style.But the cooking service , the first meal was too hot so be careful with your orders make sure that you let her know how much chilli you want to put into your dish."
