"House is great. About 12 miles from Disney. Not alot of traffic around the area. Close to Wal-Mart and SUPERTarget!
Enjoyed our visit, loved the house. The table was set for afternoon tea!
The ONLY problems we had were about the management company. Or maybe it is the owners who were the problem, dont know which. We paid 22 dollars a day to heat the pool and they had the heater set to go off for 14 hours per day, so it never got warm! Then, the air conditioner was preset to go to 80 degrees four times per day, so it never got cool enough in the house.

From the villa owner - Our pool heat is set to run for 12 hours per day, we aim to keep the pool between 82°F and 88°F, ambient pool temperature for this time of year is about 69°F. Pool heat is not designed to create a ‘hot bath’ but enable the pool to be used comfortably.
Our guest asked for pool heat to be turned on & off at 3 day intervals, we did in fact keep the pool heat on for the whole duration of their stay at no extra charge, as turning the pool heat off and on reduces the efficiency of the overall heating during the stay.
We ask guests not to turn the air conditioning below 75°F - if not tampered with, the system will normally maintain an acceptable temperature level throughout the stay.
We do ask all guests to raise any issues they find during their stay with our management company which is located 5 minutes away. Unfortunately this guest did not raise any concerns during their stay thus our management company was unable to help while they were there.
Our management company work hard to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay.
