| "The condo was very spacious and clean. The condo looked amazing and was even better than we expected. It is located in a convenient location near Walt Disney And Universal Studios (the most fun places in the world!). There was also a pool near by, which is great for Floridas hot weather. Our vacation was amazing and we were able to do all the things we wanted to do. We were able to go to theme parks and even Cocoa beach. The condo was convenient and we recommend staying there.

| "Our group of 4 adults and one baby had a wonderful stay at Terrace Ridge. The unit was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It was as advertised. 10 minute drive to the main gates of Disney and lots of shopping, restaurants etc.
The booking process was simple and the condo is easy to locate. No hassles or problems upon arrival as the key was in a lock box by the door. Owner was very helpful and responsive to queries including a request for a crib. This was provided as requested for $5 per day.
My only concerns were that the parking lot was very dark at night. Also the condos mimimum A/C setting is set at 78F. However, there are ceiling fans in each room and it was not a problem for us even though it was late July.
Overall - I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends. If you rent this condo you will not be disappointed."

"We enjoyed your condo very much. We found it spacious, clean and very quiet, we had the WOW ! effect when we got in. We greatly appreciated its proximity to Walt Disney (we went there everyday for 5 days!)
What we are the most greatful with is that what you published on the website and via e-mail communication is what we got and I can assure you that there was no disappointment at all.
To answer your questions, we did not have any trouble at all finding the condo, your directions were clear and accurate. When we entered the condo our first impression was very good, we did feel very welcome when we saw the table setting and the welcome binders when we got in. We did take the time to read them and found the information very helpful.
The following morning, I contacted your property managers to find out pricing for Disney tickets and they did call us back quickly and even offered to bring us the tickets. I did get a good service from them.
There was no problems during our stay. The central air conditioning unit was appreciated. If I could make a suggestion, not being familiar with central air conditionning unit, additional information about the temperature settings would be useful for understanding purposes.
We would like to return eventually and it will be our pleasure to recommend your condo to any friends and family. We found the condo to be so much more than a hotel room, it made us feel at home with the special attention given to decoration and household furnishings. Above all, we found your prompt attention to all our inquiries including your telephone call back in the early communication prior to booking the condo, very reassuring as this was our first experience in renting a condo.

"Your condo was very nice overall. We have stayed in other units in that complex but yours was the best.
The unit was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups and silverware.
Thanks for having the carpets professionally cleaned. I have asthma and am allergic to everything in the air. I had no problems in the condo until I went out on the patio (Florida has bad air!). The patio furniture was nice.
I am amazed at the construction of this unit. After sleeping on the matrresses for two months I had no back aches or unsleepable nights.
