"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree Villa. The area itself was very clean and tidy, and the Villa was incredible. It had all the facilities of home and the added bonus of the private swimming pool.
It is in a good, central location, not far from the airport and is not too far to drive to Alicante, Benidorm or Cartegena.
We are already looking at booking again for next year."

"We found Lemon Tree Villa to be absolutely as described on the Web Site. We have stayed in a number of Villas across Europe which have all been good. Trying to seperate them all is difficult but for us this one was certainly the best presented. It was absolutely spotless in every sense and a credit to the owners.
The surrounding area suited both myself and my wife, pleasantly quiet but within easy reach of both the beach and shops.
We would happilly recommend the villa.

"FROM BOOKING THE VILLA TO THE END OF THE HOLIDAY EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED VERY WELL.
GREAT INFORMATION FROM OWNER WITH EASY EMAIL CONTACT DETAILS.
VILLA WAS EXCELLENT AND ALAN LOOKED AFTER US VERY WELL NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE AT ALL 24 HOURS A DAY !!
WE HIRED A CAR TO TRAVEL MORE AROUND THE AREA AND WOULD SAY TO ANYBODY GOING IF THEY WISH TO SEE MORE OF THE AREA THEN A CAR IS A MUST.
EASY TO GET TO FROM AIRPORT WITH VERY EASY TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND PICTURES FROM THE OWNER.
WOULD LIKE TO GO AGAIN NEXT YEAR."

"The villa was extremely well equipped and provided first class, comfortable accommodation for my party of six adults. It more than lived up to its rather modest description. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone wanting an economical, stress free relaxing holiday.
We spent a most enjoyable week relaxing and dividing our time between the pool and the nearby beach.
Thanks to Alan and Rhoda for the warm welcome and making themselves available during the stay and to Grant for providing fool proof directions to the villa."

We were very well looked after by Alan and Rhoda. We could not fault the villa in any way.
Restaurants and shops were within walkiing distance but a car would be needed to reach the coast and to visit yet more restaurants."

| "The villa was lovely and far exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website dont do it justice. It was clean and very well equipped. The outside space was excellent and well maintained.
We would and have recommended it to friends, particularly as a good for value break in fantastic accommodation.
Alan was great and gave us lots of information and offered his services throughout our stay."

| "Fab villa, fab pool, fab holiday! Thanks to gran t for his patience with all my questions and for letting us rent his gorgeous villa. We had a most relaxing time and the kids loved the pool and the dvds supplied for when the sun was too hot and they stayed indoors!
Thanks also to Alan and Rhoda who take care of you when you get there - made us very welcome, couldnt be more helpful and helped us relax more knowing we could contact them if anything went wrong.
Fully recommended!"

| "The villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a family holiday. Facilities are close by and the villa is in a nice quiet residential area. The swimming pool is a fantastic asset even though the sea is a 10 min drive away. I would defiantly recommend this to family and friends. A fantastic holiday."

| "We enjoyed a great week in the Lemon Tree Villa, the weather was great, the villa was excellent and the pool was fantastic!! The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice. There were 4 adults and 2 children and we all enjoyed a very chilled out week. We unfortunately did not rent a car and would highly recommend this so you can enjoy the surrounding towns, there were plenty of places to eat in the near vicinity, but for shops / nightlife you would need to travel further. There are supermarkets near by which have everything you need for villa life, the barbeque was enjoyed in a lazy day/night spent at the villa!!
I would recommend the Lemon Tree Villa to anyone, especially if you are looking for a chilled out holiday as this villa has all you need :)

The villa was the perfect place to relax, we spent a few days at the villa as we had to drag the kids out of the pool. Aqualandia was a fantastic day out and we all tried 'go karting' just down the road which was a big hit. We will recommend to all our friends."

Thank you to Alan and Rhoda for a very clean villa. Had a fantastic relaxing time and the pool is great. For a day out I would recommend Terra Mitica Theme Park up by Benidorm (45 min drive). Great restaurants in the area.

Amazing villa with great attention to detail which meant we had a stress free family holiday. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool every day. I can recommend Elche for a day out with younger children (take swim kit for the pool rides). The Pasty Shack was great for a lunch time bite and the Italian was superb.

Thanks for letting us stay in your villa, what a lovely place. On arrival greeted by Alan & Rhoda who had the villa prepared to perfection. Ideal place to chill and recharge batteries. Pool superb and really clean. Very good choice of restaurants all within walking distance. Would love to return in the near future, will diffidently be recommending this to everyone we know.

This is by far the best family holiday we have had. The villa is lovely and has everything we could ask for. We didn’t do any day trips. No need to go as the pool was more than enough for the kids. They did however go Go-Karting near LIDL which was great fun. Highly recommend 2 restaurants the Bistro near Harleys and the Italian (La Faniglia) a few doors down from O’Neil’s. We loved it here and would love to come back.
