| "We met the owners who were staying at the property as we were already in Menorca and we just wanted a villa for an extra 3 nights and they showed us around. They were very friendly. They went home on the Wednesday and we moved on the Friday. The villa has an above ground pool which is actually a very good size but there is no shade and no umbrellas. We had to eat lunch inside as the outside table had no shade at all. The villa is a home to the owners and as such is full of their belongings even dressing gowns on the bedroom door and jewellery attached to the four poster bed! The drawers are full! We didnt mind not unpacking as we were only there for a short time but it would be a pain if we had turned up for 2 weeks. The fridge was full of the owners food and so were the cupboards.
The sitting room has a separate entrance and is made of wood and glass. Boiling! The kids room is built of wood and hot too! There is 1 fan and an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. The roof terrace is lovely and great to sit on at night with comfortable seats and great views. The garden is large consisting of a patio and pebbled areas and hundreds of nick-nacks! Overall this is obviously a precious home to the owners but it is not empty enough to be let out. We have rented many villas and the owners usually put their things away! It was fine for a quick stay but would be disappointing for any longer."
