| "I liked the up to date furniture .. we arrived late and the light by the door (sensor one) does not work, so it was a little difficult to open the lock box. Also, the large burner on the front of the stove does not work on the right hand side, facing the stove. The air intake plate below the thermostat is rusty and should be painted or replaced .. also some rust at the bottom of the sliding door where you go out to the pool.
I really appreciated all of the extra things such as the ice packs, the nice pots and pans, the linens and towels and laundry machines.. and the games in the garage .. what a great idea ..
You might consider changing the wording of the breakage deposit to a cleaning and breakage fee .. people do not read the small print and when they see the word deposit, ofcourse they assume that the money will be returned ..
maybe you could look into a solar heating system for the pool .. the fee for heating it is pretty high now, but I know it is expensive to run ..
My brother stayed at this property with his family last year with the old owners, and they came for a visit and really noticed the improvements .. thanks for keeping the rates low .. I have sent out your web site to quite a few people ..

| "Fantastic place to stay. Close enough to all the parks, but without being caught in a tourist area. The accomodation exceeded our expectations, and the pool was just perfect after long days at the parks. Overall for value for money, we felt that we had found a gem of a bargin. Loved it and will be booking this place again for a return visit."

| "This was our second visit to the property and would use it again.
Excellent accommodation, very comfortable with everything you could need.
Great location for all the Orlando amenities.
Close to big stores and eating places.
Only negative is the view (or lack of it) from the back area but really the excellent value of the villa outways this."
