| "A beautifully situated apartment in delightful grounds. The apartment is extremely well provided with equipment and utensils and furnished to a very hight standard. It was immaculately clean and a really comfortable feel to the place. Ther was nothing more we could have wished for- even hand soap and toilet rolls supplied in the bathrooms. The pool area is gorgeous, the grounds beautifully kept and the whole apartment area is a pleasure to use. I will recommend this apartment to all my friends and family and will be back many times in the future.

| "A nice, quiet, spacious, clean property very well equipped. Lovely sunny balcony for breakfast and evening meal. Nice patio outside of downstairs bedroom. Second bedroom a bit dark and gloomy. Lovely grounds and well kept. Good location for visiting different beaches near Luz.
Sky TV was good to have but would have liked a bigger TV (only 14"). Also would have liked some sort of dressing table in the bedroom as it has plenty of room for it.

| "We went as four adults. Plenty of space and very clean and tidy. Well decorated and furnished.
Weather was not too good for a couple of days but there was a plentiful supply of DVDs/books and some games for us to play.
Lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Pleasant walk down tot he beach."

We had four children with us aged between 3 years and 7 years and found that the secure garden was ideal for them to play and they had a great time in the swimming pool. House very clean, tidy and well equipped.
The area is quiet at night in terms of noise levels but we were still close enough to walk into the village and beach, which we did.
Fantastic mini supermarket with amazing bread and deli counter which we popped down to every morning.

| "The property had just had brand new sofas and bedding and was extremely clean and well cared for.
A bookcase full of books, dvds and videos were available if we didnt go out in the evening.
The location was good as we did not intend to travel too much and we could walk into the village and use public transport.
Enjoyable for a relaxing break.

| "We very much enjoyed our stay at Monte Lemos. The house was well presented, clean and tidy and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
The location was good, the house is one of a group situated in a cul de sac which was nice and quiet but the beach and restaurants were only a short walk away. The pool was great for kids as has a graduated slope from shallow to deep end, so the youger ones could quite easily play in the shallow end.
The beach was great too and we found several good restaurants to eat in. We also enjoyed driving around the surrounding area. There are some lovely beahces round and about."

Good sized pool at the house and as it is graduated it was ideal to help teach our daughter to swim. and for our toddler to paddle.
We felt like we were in a private villa as the garden area around the house is so secluded and quiet. You can sunbathe and nobody can see you!

| "The Property is in very nice area only 15 minute walk from beach. Modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could want and more. The private and secure garden is very well maintained and really pretty with a large pool .....it was excellent!... the kids loved it! The private terrace was great for relaxing while the kids played in the garden, the kids had company but it was still very private and peaceful.
We booked a private return tranfer from Faro with the intention of hiring a car for 1 week to do a bit of site seeing but we never got round to hiring the car as we found enough to do in Luz and found travelling wasnt a problem when going to Lagos etc as taxis are very reasonoble for a family of 4 and the bus service is reliable but only comes in a out of Luz 3 times a day. Will be going back next year but will hire a car to check out more of the fantactic beaches in the area. Excellent for a peaceful family holiday."

"Great house. Really clean and has absolutely everthing you need. The kitchen is really well equiped. We have 2 small children who loved the pool and the gardens. It's nice to have them fenced in!!! Your agent, Chris, was really knoweldable about the area and sorted us out with Zoomarine tickets, which the kids, and us, loved. Went back twice. Would definatley recommend the house to friends. Thanks for a great holiday.
