| "This property is located in a relatively mature gated "urbanization" just a short walk from the town of Garrucha. It is located in a traffic free zone and this would make it ideal for young families. There is a nearby bus service connecting to Garrucha and Mojacar Playa.
The location was mostly quiet during our visit at the end of May.
The property itself is situated on three levels including the roof terrace. It is well equipped and comfortable. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a shower room. The lounge is a good size and the attached kitchen is particularly well equipped. The front of the property has a small partly-grassed and semi private patio area, with a wind down awning, good for alfresco meals.
There is a meet and greet service on arrival when the keys are offered and a tour of the property is offered.
There are cheaper rentals out there, but this one still represents good value and is recommended.
