| "we found Laguna Beach to be an excellent complex and the apartment was of a really high standard which easily met our needs for stay in june/july 08.
Roof terrace was great for relaxing and BBQ. Big pool is a short stroll away. Nearby beach is clean and has a promenade to Almerimar which stretches for miles.
Found Almeriamar to be a frienly resort with a great choice of restaurants and bars and larger towns only a short drive away.

| "Exceeded our expectations! When we booked a "penthouse luxury" apartment we were not going to get our hopes up as many places advertise something that they are not, but this really was amazing! It delivered! Great location, stunning views, beautiful clean modern apartment with a fantastic terrace for BBQing and sunbathing. Not to mention the pools and tennis courts! Laguna Beach was definitely a highlight in our European travels - thank you!"

| "Lovely and clean, excellent roof terrace. Almerimar is about a 45 minute walk away along a lovely paved prom, so as long as you like a little exercise its perfect, you can drive it in 5 mins if your a fatty.
Beaches are sand/shingle but very clean, toilets and showers and lifeguards.
The complex does have good facilities but we did not use them, no need to as the sea and sand and mountains far exceed any pool or gym for exercise.
Very safe and secure environment, particularly if you have smaller children.
We went last week of August, and no Mosquitos!
If you fly from Stansted to Almeria on Ryan Air its dirt cheap, not a popular route by the look of things.
Car hire is about £120 for a week for a very roomy five seater with A/C.
Peacefull and relaxing, definitely go up into the mountains, about an hours drive away, scenary is spectacular, the Sierra Nevada is wonderful.
Probably not for younger people who want some lively entertainment but there are a couple of Disco/Bars in town so would in theory suit all tastes.

| "We found the apartment to be super value for money, it was well equipt and spacious.
The area was far from the town and you need a car but we were happy with that. The complex was clean and tidy, fabulous pools but very disapointed that the one directly next to the apartment was closed which was really bad in the high season.
Directions to the villa were very confusing.
Altogether I would recomend the apartment but not with small children as it is quite high."

| "The apartment is well maintained it has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. The pool and grounds are well maintained the pool area was not too busy and always supervised by life guards. The snack bar near the pool served drinks and tapas. We had a fantastic holiday and we wll definitley be returning next year."

| "Lovely quiet location away from the crowds with a great pool complex and nice view to the sea. Would recommend the hire of a car for those unable to walk too far. Buses are available. Although it is a tourist area and some English is spoken, it is a very Spanish area which was perfect for me as I got to practice my Spanish and immerse myself in Spanish culture. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and would easily suit a family with one or two children. Complex felt very safe and secure. The walk into Almerimar was lovely. I am likely to return if the opportunity presents itself."

| "My family and I stayed at Laguna Beach in July 07.
We had a great time, the apartment was very comfortable and maintened to a high standard with everything you needed at hand.Fantastic views from the balcony and roof terrace.The pool was very relaxing and very convenient as it is just at the front of this apartment block. We found the location was perfect for a relaxing holiday with the Port of Almerimar a short distance away.
The marina had a good variety of bars and resturants.We explored the area by car and had some great days out. I would recommend this holiday and am looking forward to returning.
