| "A really beautifull property - we only used it as a base for exploring the area and going into Alicante, but we were pleasantly suprised by the tranquility of the coast around Gran Alacant and the quality of this particular house.
There was a lot of choice around Gran Alacant for renting holiday homes but this house is really exellent. The house is very nicely furnished and as has been mentioned by other reviewers, it really is in one of the best spots in the area. Coming out of season it was really nice to sit in the sun-trap that is the front garden of tyhis house, you are sheltered from the wind and it realy is perefectly possible to sunbathe into the afternoon - even in Dec !

| "A excellent holiday home - it is in a fantastic location and as mentioned in the description it is unoverlooked.Being south facing you have the opportunity to sit in peace in the front garden from morning until sunset if you want to. The garden area itself is pretty large for this type of house and the lemon and orange trees are a nice touch.
The house is really well specified with everything you need (I even went for a ride on the mountain bike provided). The beach is simply stunning - one of the best that I have been to and is within easy reach of the house. We walked down and back without a problem - takes about 20 minutes to get back and a bit quicker to get down there.
You can get the best of both worlds stopping here with small bars in one of the local squares and quiet reteraunts to more lively late bars if you need them. We went to a bar / disco called "Franks" which is 10 minutes from the house which was very lively with a good atmosphere.
We went to Alicante a few times using the local bus service which was very clean and reliable - the city is really buzzing (there was a yacht race on) and is every bit as good - and very similar to - Barcelona
I can highly recommend this rental and will be back again next year !

| "The property was beautiful. Very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It was set in a very quiet but well populated area with beautiful views across the ravene. Lovely well kept gated swimming pool. Restaurants and bars were a very pleasant ten minute walk from the house. We took a taxi to the Carrabassi beach as we felt in the extreme September heat, we were not up to the walk back which entailed negotiating an extremly steep hill. However the taxi fare of 10E return was well worth it. We took the offer of a lift from and to the airport. We were very pleased with the efficiency of this service. The driver even waited for us to dro p off our luggage and took us to the square where the Steak house was for no extra charge."

| "A fantastic holiday in a great location.
We really enjoyed ourselves at the house. It was immacultely presented and its description on the web page advert doesnt do it justice. The decor and furniture was first class - a real "home from home" - I can confirm the comfy bed as written by earlier reviewer - and the facilities in the house were exactly as described first class.
The front garden is really nice and gets the sun all day long, (we loved the orange and lemon trees, a nice touch).
Thit house is unoverlooked and we were really lucky to pick this house as its in one of the best spots in the area. The smell of the pine trees in the evening was lovely.
We didnt hire a car and it never gave us a problem - we could walk to the beach easily enough - the walk back up was a bit tough on the legs but it kept us fit !
The owners keyholder (Harry) provided a excellent service making the arrival and departure painless.
The beach is fantastic - a real 10/10 for us as that is what we really like. Although the pool was great and a good size, it got a little hot around there and we preferred the breeze on the beach.
All in all - a great holiday and we will definately come back

| "The property is of an excellent standard and has everything in it make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is so clean and all the furnishings are of a high standard. One of the comfortable beds I have slept on abroad. We thoroughly enjoyed having a BBQ in the evenings in the front garden. The house is not overlooked at the front and is South facing so sunny all evening. The roof terrace has wonderful views, you can even see Alicante airport. The communal pool is very nice and clean, the lifeguard is very friendly. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes down hill but coming back it takes about 30 minutes. I would recommend hiring a car. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and has everything you need and is fairly reasonable."
