| "It is a well organised little house in an excellent location for the sea front, shops and public transport. The house was clean and tidy and generally well equpped. The kitchen has basic utensils, but it would be better if there were a couple of more saucepans and a potatoe masher. There are useful instructions strategically placed around the house. An extra helptful one would be how to operatie the bath plug! The surrounding area is quiet and private."

| "Writing that this property is in a good location is an understatement - you could not be placed in a better spot. You can see the owners aim was to create a beautiful and comfortable living space instead of just a business investment. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

| "This house was perfect for our family of four. Graham was very helpful. Location is right in the centre of Brighton and next to the convention centre where I was working. Very quiet house and ultra clean and equipped perfectly for us all. Not staying in a hotel in Brighton again - this house is superb value for money."

"As I am used to being able to see out of windows and have a window open at night, I did find it a little restrictive in that respect. Couldnt find oven manual so had to guess. Plus upstairs ceiling lights fused and we couldnt find fuse box to rectify.
Otherwise great situation, adequate for 2 / 3 people, parking permits a great asset."

All windows open (skylights upstairs/downstairs and vertical windows). There is an oven manual in the drawer, under the oven (now and at the time of this guest staying). The fuse box is accessible. Its advised that if any guest is unsure about anything they call the owner who will be more than happy to help. This guest unfortunately did not call. The house sleeps four people in comfort (room for a double and single in master bedroom and further double fold down sofa bed in living room).

"A brilliantly furnished appartment in a perfect location. Both the hustle and bustle, and the calm of the coast are just round the corner.
Would suggest some sort of parking permit and a blind in the downstairs toilet!
Thanks Graham, we had a great time. Would gladly return."

A curtain has been added (26 Feb 2009) to the frosted glass window, from master bedroom to ensuite, giving total privacy. The house does not come with parking. On street permits can be bought but these must be requested at reservation (and are subject to availability).

"The location of the property was perfect, with visitor parking permits used in a residential area in visibility of the apartment.
The apartment offered modern facilities, where the main bedroom was large with good storage facilities. adequate sized en suite and a door leading onto a private terrace.
Two of us stayed for 5 nights, using both sleeping areas, the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area - for two it was excellent.
I would return again and again, and would be interested to see if the owner would consider loyalty discount, as for short stays, it is a little expensive."

Its really nice to see guests returning and Id always offer a competitive rate so its worth a call, especially last minute bookings. Short stays can be a little more because once the weekend books up its hard to rent the weekday nights out.

| "Mews House Guest Book 'We stayed in a hotel in the Marina last time we came to Brighton, but this is a much better location (close to beach, shops and pier) and more flexible than a hotel room. The kitchen is really well designed and equipped, although could do with a sieve (for rice!). Excellent shop called 'Cook' on Western Road for fantastic ready made meals if you're eating in. | "Good location, central to Brighton. Property well equipped and lots of convenient extras such as shelves and coats hooks in the right places. Very straightforwd being able to collect key from the key safe rather than having to collect the key from a rental office (as weve had to for other rental properties in Brighton)"
