| "We stayed in the apartment in October/November 2009. The apartment is in immaculate order, well equipped with all the kitchen and electrical items you might need while on holiday. We requested a clean half way through our stay which returned the apartment to the immaculate state we had found it in. Directions to the apartment and key pick up were excellent. The gym is small but adequate and the indoor pool a true luxury during the cooler months. We never really used the restaurant so cant comment on food etc. I would definitely recommend a car if you are intending to stay here - many of the local roads are subject to roadworks so it is not too pleasant to walk into the village.
Overall, compared to many other places we have stayed this rates really highly and is excellent value."

| "An excellent apartment, very clean and well furnished. This was an idea location with excellent facilities, especially for children. A car is a must at this site. The mid week cleaning was carried out to a high degree and overall we were very pleased wityh everything.
The booking process was so simple and everything worked a dream. Would happily use it again."

| "This is the second time we have stayed in this ap
partment and again it has been a delight, (sorry about the pun) very clean and meets your expectations and passes them. Loads of room to relax in and enjoy the balcony views.
The pools are warm, clean and the bar and restaurant are very good and food is excellent also the staff there are very helpful and polite.
We will be again back as soon as possible, as this is a winner from the start, well done to the owner.

| "Excellent property - had all that you required and very spacious including two large balconies with views over the main pool area.
Pool was large and clean and had comfy sunbeds.
Restaurant on complex offered set menu which was excellent value.
However, you do need a car to visit other restaurants and main supermarket."

| "We have been to this complex before in 2008 and stayed in another apartment smaller to this one so this apartment was a very pleasant experience.
The apartment was very clean very well appointed and the décor was first class, two balconies gave you the best views you could get and no one looking over your balcony either.
The range and quality of items for your use in the apartment was second to none and a credit to the owner who obviously cares for there guests.
The restaurant and bar were first class, the meals were very good and a big choice of menu, also the staff were very happy and friendly to do anything for you.
We are back in a couple of month’s time and are counting the days for another relaxing time, you would not go wrong booking this apartment.

| "A lovely penthouse apartment with a choice balconies and great views over the central pool area. The development itself was well-equipped and spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
An great place to just chill out but also a good base for those wishing to explore the area - car recommended."

The accomodation was excellent. The facilities were very good.
However, the indoor heated swimming pool wasnt heated to a comfortable temperature. We told the staff about this so hopefully a higher temperature will be maintained. The floors by the pool and jacuzzi are very slippery when wet.

The issue regarding the indoor pool temperature has now been resolved and the provision of non slip matting around the indoor pool and jacuzzi, together with warning signs are being put into place.

"We stayed at St. Nicolas Elegant Residences, 201 Daphne House penthouse for two weeks in September 2008. We were very impressed by the décor, cleanliness and outlook of the apartment and the fact that everything inside had been arranged for your comfort and convenience.
The swimming pools were lovely and the on-site restaurant food was very good, as well as the restaurant staff being friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday and we were able to do some site seeing. We sincerely wished we could have stayed another 2 weeks and can’t wait to go back.
