"We all were exeptionally happy with this villa. We have stayed in several villas before but the facilities and equipment were outstanding in this property and I would definately recommend it"

"Very good, well placed and very peaceful, would visit again. Only issue was that the mattresses were very hard - other users had made the same comment. Overall a great villa."

"The Villa is a good size and very comfortable. The aspect that let the villa down this year was the fact that the cleaning was not as it was last year which meant that I had to clean myself which I dont appreciate on holiday. What was disappointing was that no visit was made by the cleanser in the second week of our stay so things got dirty and we had dirty towels. The owner should be aware on this if they have paid for this visit. For information, the outside light by the BBQ needs to be fixed."

We passed on the comments to the management company and they replied that they did do a clean during the 1st week and the bedding changed after the 1st week together with a clean but unfortunately the clean during the 2nd week was missed due to an oversight during an extremely busy period. They said it was a shame that the visitors did not call to mention that they hadnt been and they are extremely sorry for this and will make sure that nothing like this will ever happen in the future.

As owners we endeavour to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable stay and will keep a close watch on this as we do not wish to have any oversights like this ever occurring.

"The property was well situated for the town of Luz with an easy 10 minute walk to all amenities. The property was not overlooked and was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The visitor pack was very useful and had a wide range of information. There was a maid service mid week and the pool cleaner visited twice. The town had a good range of supermarkets, restaurants and other shops. We found the internet cafe useful to book our seats on our return flight. The beach was accessible and clean. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival answering lots of questions promptly. The managing agents were welcoming and also provided good support. We had a most enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to others."

" Beautiful Villa, everything you would need for a family holiday and more. Fabulous location with great views. Quiet and private location but close to all amenities. We were able to walk everywhere within 10 minutes. Beach and restaurants all close by. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back. Property well looked after and exceptionally clean. All information was accurate."
