| "The property was very spacious and modern, and well priced for the local area. All fixtures and fittings are modern, however it is missing the "icing on the cake". We really liked the large outside area, perfect for sunbathing and were excited about using the hot tub. However we never used it as the water was cloudy and had unknown small deposits in it. There were no instructions how to clean it. The sitting area is very comfortable with leather sofas and has BBC1 etc. We really liked the bedrooms, especially the master, very spacious and comfortable. However the bedrooms are missing some bedside lamps which would make it more cosy. The bathrooms look great, but the shower pressure in all bathrooms was so great that the shower would not stay in its holder.
It would be really useful to havea welcome folder with details of local area, maps, restaurants and instructions for appliances. More importantly telephone numbers for the emergency doctor and hospital are essential. Please note you are on the flight path and will hear noise from planes.
This property just needs the finishing touches to be excellent."

| "Thank you, what a splendid villa! It was just the kind of special chill-out place we were looking for.
The jacuzzi was absolutely magnificient and we spent a lot of time in it. It did take overnight to heat up, but it was definitely worth the wait. A lot of owners would have charged extra for such a high quality jacuzzi, but not these ones. Excellent value for money!
The only "small" minuses:
1. Missing bbq. There was supposed to be one there... but there wasnt.
2. We could have done with a map to start with. We only found them in a cupboard during the last day of our stay! Why not put them on the table instead ?
3. Could have done with garbage bins in the toilets and a few extra towels to keep the bathroom floors dry. Recycling bins would have been nice to have too.
If you are looking to party or shop, do not bother with this villa. There are much better places out there.
But if you are happy with a few golf courses (walking distance) and pubs and restaurants nearby, this is an excellent choice! It is perfect for families with small children, especially if the dad (or mum) is a golf nut and wants to escape for a round or two)"

| "Villa is very well kept, great facilities and ample space for all. The terrace was suprisingly large and the hot tub was fantastic (we all know no matter how warm it is, swimming in Tenerife in winter is still a chilly affair. Having the hot tub therefore was fab). The villa is located on the edge of the resort so it is a good 15 minute walk to San Blas, but frankly we welcomed the chance to walk up an appetite! The close proximity to the airport does of course mean low flying aircraft but apart from Fridays (when flights fly throughout the night) it didnt bother us (and indeed our 2 year old was delighted to wave at them when they came over!). We do have a couple of very small suggestions (NOT critisisms - mearly suggestions: which would be a a couple of small bins in each of the bathrooms or bedrooms would be useful and a welcome file with map, suggestions, restuarants, bus timetable we did find some info in the cupboard but just a simple A4 clip file left on the dining table would be great, along with how to use the appliances some sunbeds or chairs round the private swimming pool maybe they do this in summer, but as it stood when the little one did venture in the pool, and also the sandpit there was just a wooden bench to perch on!) Anyhow, we had a fab time and look forward to visiting again. Thank you."

| "A good property for a relaxing holiday, plenty of terrace space for relaxing, spacious accomodation that would suit around 6 people. the resort was very quiet, not ideal for kids.
lovely garden areas round the private pool, very clean and well maintained.
only thing I would like to see added to thie is an outside BBQ for cooking."
