| "The villas outside areas are beautiful - pretty gardens with fig and almond trees and a large shaded terrace for dining. The outside furniture is all very good quality and the pool is a generous size.
Inside the villa was a little disappointing - only two of the five bedrooms are air conditioned and the kitchen is far too small for nine people. The exterior bathroom is also a bit of a waste of time as its a long walk from an upstairs bedroom! One of the bedrooms had an ant infestation and we did see a couple of rats running around outside during our stay.
However, I would add that we were looked after very well by Yolanda who reacted quickly to a problem with the boiler and was very helpful when the kids needed to find a doctor in a hurry. All in all, the villa is in a beautiful spot, very close to a very pretty town with great gardens and pool - just needs a little money and TLC spent on it to get it up to the standard it could achieve!"

| "what a beautiful villa! The setting was perfect - just under the shadow of the mountains, in the outskirts about 500m walk from the centre of Pollensa town. The interior was good quality, though the exterior is the real feature. A well kept enclosed garden, surrounding a good pool and various covered terraces was ideal for our two families with 4 kids age 8-13. The only issues is that they suggest you need to shower before you go in the pool - very difficult in the sun with children!
The town and port de pollensa locally are great family resorts - superb beaches, nice restaurants of all types and cost and surprisingly quiet at half term May 09 - maybe the euro issue!
ps the getting there instructions are a bit tough to follow - we ended up calling the local agent Yolanda who was very helpful and talked us in!"

| "The property was idylic - would not recommend it for very young children but for my three boys (ages 9,10 and 12) it was a complete joy to stay in. Excellent beaches within 10 minutes drive and stunning scenery. Owners should probably work on their directions from the airport a little though !"
