| "We were absolutely delighted with the property and the care we received during our visit. From the moment we walked in and saw the beautifully folded towels we felt at home and welcome. We had one small problem with air con which was sorted, after one call, within hours. It is an ideal family property with everything necessary to have a comfortable, but luxurious stay. The pool was a delight and serviced during our stay and garbage removed instantly. Everyone in our party had a wonderful time due to the many TVs and electronic devices provided. We will most definitely recommend to anyone we know wanting Florida accommodation and tell them that it is ideally situated for easy access to all the parks, has good shopping nearby and several excellent restaurants."

Thanks for the follow up. We had a great stay and everything at the house was fine. I'll certainly recommend the house to anyone I know that is staying in the area.
As for the management company, Jan (I believe that was the person to whom I spoke) was very accessible and helpful in answering questions before our arrival.

"Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hutchison:
Sorry for the delayed response but it has taken us a while to get back to our normal routine! To tell you the truth everything was excellent at your home. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing we regret is we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we thought we would......we spent all our time at the parks! It was a very cozy place to stay at and every family was very comfortable. The binder was a great help during our stay too. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your home and we hope to work with you in the near future.

The only draw back is the Nintendo Wii in the upstairs bedroom. After hours of playing boxing with my kids it left me sore but hey thats a good thing. "A group of 7 of us met in the Orlando area from across the world..5 Scottish and us 2 Americans. The thrifty Scots picked the villa. I had no idea what to expect because after all it was only supposed to be a place to chill after the long afternoons at the parks and sightseeing but my husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. It was huge and beautiful. We couldn't believe how well equipped it was for everyone. Large plasma TV, DVD movies, surround sound, games, and it goes on and on. We didn't have any children with us but I was amazed at the attention that the owners gave to families with kids. fold-out cots, high chairs, and even a Playstation 3 (for adults too of course).
The villa was spotless and the layout of the villa is great because there are separate family or recreation rooms if you have party people and people who just want to read a book and relax.
I also can't say enough about the bedrooms. They are large and all of them have en-suite bathrooms. The pool is fantastic and unlike a lot of homes in Florida there is ample room to sunbathe on a lounger. Finally, the location was great and easy to find.
Also, there are pamphlets on the table in the living room for the various parks and places to go in the area. The only thing you need to supply is your own food and clothing!!!!!! I definitely would recommend the villa to friends and families..and I plan on returning!!!!
