| "We have just spent a lovely 6 days days at this appartment, first thing i have to say is how clean it was and i mean spotless. It is a real home from home with pretty much everything you need for a self catering holiday. My husband and i stayed the first week in Sept with 2 of our children aged 11 & 16 and the weather was glorious, the roof terrace is a great bonus to this property as it has a wonderful view but also provides a cooling breeze. The apparment is a little out of the way if you are intending on walking but we hired a car so it was a only a couple of mins to the beach. There is a great little supermarket very near by, and fantastic and i mean fantastic resteraunts within a 2 min walk from the appartment. We can highly recommend the ones nearest to the apprtment for price, service and quality of food. Angela the lady that greeted us at the appt was so very helpful and genuinley cared that we were ok, Thank you Angela. All in all this is great little spot and the 1 and only down side was that there was no air con, we did know this befor we booked and this is reflected in the price, we did climatise after a few days and it was particularly hot this year. We loved our stay, it suited us very well for what we wanted, a lovely relaxing few days in the sun."

"This property is very clean with plenty of towles provided. The big let down with this property is that it is not suitable to be rented out in the height of summer with no air con it was a nightmare. If the owner intends to continue to let out this property then air con is a must . Our friends stayed in another identical property on the same complex but hers had air con(same price)and this made for a completly diffrent holiday. We would also liked to have been told about the buliding site opposite as this was constant all of the holiday. The area is fab and the ameneties in the area are also fab. We loved the resort but our holiday was spoilt with the lack of air con and the building site opposite.
We do not expect complet luxury for the price but we do feel air con is a must at this apartment"

The area being worked on is quarter of a mile away
it is not a building site it was a crane working to create a park and sports area.
Normaly they do not work in August but due to time commitments they worked occassionaly.
Completion is due November and remaining work up to that time will be purely superficial.
Air-con is not mentioned on the apartment itinerary, ceiling fans are in all the rooms.

| "Me and my family stayed at this place at the beginning of june. House was nice and we felt like at home. Local beach was big and the weather was just perfict! If you have a car there is no problems at all, if not then you have to walk a little bit and found out how public transport works. The local train is a bit slow but bus connection to alicante and santa pola is ok you just have to find oud where and when every bust stops :) its spain and they have their systems."

| "I found the property to be very well resourced, inclusive of hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
It was in a good location nice and quiet with good amenities close by. Excellent bus service.
Really nice friendly owners who on arrival, stocked the fridge with complementary milk, put the kettle on and left a bottle of wine for us.
excellent i would definatley stay again."

| "I have just spent a very enjoyable 5days in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable.
The shops, restaurants, bars, pharmancy, and doctors surgery were all close by.
The bus stop, was a minutes walk from the apartment, making it easy to get about.
The towns i visited were all very interesting, and had buildings built in a moorish style.
All the villages and seaside towns were spotless clean.
I would like to visit again to see the other places of interest in the area.

| "I spent a very pleasant and relaxing fortnight here in September in glorious weather. The owner, who met me on arrival, was very considerate and helpful. I found this upstairs apartment comfortable and well-suited to my requirements. Some basic consumables were provided. There were one or two restaurants and bars a short walk down the road – handy if you arrive late in the day in need of a meal. I enjoyed taking breakfast on the balcony in the morning sunshine, and spending time on the terrace in the afternoons and evenings with splendid views over the rooftops of Alicante Bay and the hills beyond. The swimming pool just round the corner was clean and surrounded by grass and palm trees. The apartment is also very convenient for catching the GA train which drives round the town every hour (except siesta time) and for a modest 1 euro will dro p you near the beach or supermarket or other facilities. More active holidaymakers would probably want a car for getting around."
