| "I had booked the one Bedroom Suite on the 19th floor, but on arrival we were given the one on the 16th floor. I highlighted my disappointment and on the following day we were moved to the unit on the 19th floor.
Overall we found the suite to be in a good condition, although the bathroom and bedroom furnishings were showing wear, with doors not aligning, drawers stiff, sink plug missing and the shower / bath tap selec tion very hard to operate. Both the safe deposit boxes in the units were not serviceable.
The furnishings in the living room area were good and there was good reception on the television. Other plus points were the free internet access, more than sufficient supply of drinking water and effective split aircon units in the bedroom and living room. The 19th floor and above provide good views on Manila Bay.
We have stayed in other similar priced serviced apartments in downtown Manila and Makati areas, and it must be said that to date Baywatch Towers condition is by far the best.
