| "This 3 bedroom apt was fully equipped, the beds comfortable, and the location superb. The ocean was a stones throw and we swam every day in the warm Sea. There were lots of grocery shops, restaurants and internet cafes, within walking distance as well as lots of museums and tours to enjoy. Most of all we enjoyed sitting on our balcony and enjoying watching the people walking along the boardwalk, locals swimming every morning to start their day and the joggers and rollerbladers getting their morning exercise. Gelato icecream every evening for dessert and a leisurly stroll along the Promenade des Anglais to end our exciting day of touring the wonderful city of Nice. We will definitely come back. That I am sure of."

Meet and greet service was very friendly and on time, great views while relaxing watching world go by, location good and nice easy walk into town.
Within the shower room it would have been nice to have had a floor mat to step onto as tiled floors got wet easy.
It was like staying in your own home with lots of little extra items e.g. hair dryer, it was nice the kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking in enjoyable.
It did what it said on the tin, my family all enjoyed the location.

This property was in an excellent position overlooking the sea and the promenade. Although it was noisy at the front, this was compensated by the wonderful view of the sea and the fact that the bedrooms were situated at the back of the apartment making them very quiet and secluded. We would return again some time."

viele Grüße aus Nizza und vielen Dank für die Überlassung Ihrer schönen und komfortablen Wohnung. Uns allen hat es ausnahmslos ausgezeichnet gefallen, bei Ihnen zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Selbstverständlich sind wir alle Nichtraucher.
Was Ihre Garage betrifft, klappte alles sehr gut. Während sich das erste Einparken noch schwierig gestalltete, parkten wir ab dem 2. Mal einfach rückwärts ein. So gab es einfach kein Problem mehr.
Die Abwicklung mit Mike war nett und unkompliziert.
Nochmals vielen Dank im Namen meiner Frau, meinen Kindern und deren Partnern.

"We were very disappointed to find that there were no fire exits in the appartment nore were there any smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Are these not required by law in france?
The corridor area was badly lit, as were the stairs and there was a distinct bad smell, well camoflaged in the main hall way by very strong air freshners."

To start with the first comment on fire safety: on each floor there is in the corridor a map on the wall on which you can see the fire exits. There are also fire extinguishers in the corridor that are checked periodically on behalf of the homeowners association of this residence. The building is completely safe.
There are no problems with the lights in the corridor, one can get more light by using of the red-light switch, which is common in many hotels and apartment houses to spare energy when no one is in. There is no need to use the stairs as there are 2 lifts which are very near to the front door of our apartment.
The main hall way, which is very luxurious decorated with marble floors and walls, is cleaned every day very properly as this a high standing residence, there are certainly no air freshners used.
Apartments like this are very sought after as they are located on a very exclusive high standing location on the Promenade des Anglais. Moreover, this apartment is special in having three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private underground garage and a terrace with beautiful sea views, which these clients – a group of 6 adults – should have appreciated, but which is not represented in this review.
Regarding to this, it was very surprising to me to receive this valuation. My managing team always does the meet and greet procedure for our guests at the apartment. There were no complaints, nor at arrival, nor at departure. These clients were also allowed to come earlier than was written in the arrival instructions. They didn’t call my managing team during their stay for any complaint and they didn’t react on my e-mail to evaluate their stay.

| "This is the second year we have stayed at this apartment as it is very good. It is ideally located with wonderful sea views and is spacious and well appointed. To have lunch on the balcony in warm sunshine in February takes some beating. Access to buses for trips in or out of town is easy and walking the Prom is a "must". We hope to stay there again in future."

"28Njᆜ Vacantie in Nice
Geachte heer Thijs,
In mijn nieuwe rol als huurder ( i.p.v. verhuurder van mijn inmiddels verkochte huis in de buurt Auch in de Gers) wil ik u nog even feedback geven over mijn verblijf in uw appartement in Nice. Mijn vrouw en ik vonden uw appartement compleet en comfortabel, vooral ook omdat het direct aan zee ligt.
Of wij zelf tot koop in Nice willen besluiten weten wij nog niet, omdat wij niet meer dan E 150.000,00 zouden willen besteden en daarvoor nog niet eens een studio kunnen krijgen, die in totaal niet groter is dan de helft van de voorkamer van uw appartement.
Toch vinden wij de Promenade aan de weidse Baie des Anges heel bijzonder en zeker een reden om nog eens heen te gaan. Ook de vlotte en goedkope vliegverbinding met Transavia trekt ons zeer aan.
Ons korte verblijf in uw appartement heeft echter erg aan zijn doel beantwoord: een goede eerste indruk van Nice en een vast plan om daar terug te keren.
Wij houden goede herinneringen aan uw mooie appartement. Hartelijk dank voor het gebruik ervan ! (huurder via Arts & Auto)

"Excellent apartment
We recently stayed for 2 weeks in this spacious apartment that is very well centrally located on the Promenade des Anglais. The three bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment and were very quiet. Wide awake, from the early morning I was sitting on the terrace to see the sun rising, whilst watching the changing colours of the sea. You have stunning views over the whole bay and this is so beautiful! You can see the waves of the sea arriving the beach. You only have to cross the Promenade to be on the beach and to take a fresh dip in the very clear water of the Med. Two weeks are still too short for exploring all that Nice has to offer. Its cultural richness is overwhelming. We also made little excursions to Monaco, Villefranche and Eze. The owner sent us some touristy information by mail, which was very helpfull.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice and would highly recommend this apartment and we would love to stay here again soon. (Jan Klooster from The Hague, Netherlands)"
