| "Basic studio. The connecting door between apartments is very thin and a lot of sound comes through when there are other parties in there - I think a double door might quieten things down a bit.
To be honest I only stayed in the apartment one night due to me meeting up with some close friends and transferring to their home.
The apartment was close to a small supermarket and not that far away from plenty of shops and restaurants.
The pool was clean but very cold and it seemed to be a quiet time with not too many people around."

| "the property was in very good condition apart from the table on the balcony which was broken at the edges which left sharp edges and could easily cut someone if they happened to brush past it.
the apartment could do with some chest of drawers as the was no place to put clothing apart from a couple of coat hangers
the shower cubicle was on the small side which is a tight squeeze trying to get in. any one quite big will find it most difficult to have a shower.
during the 11 nights that i was booked in there were never any servicing to the rooms which meant that we had to wash the bedding and towels by ourselves. our next door neighbours having booked through the same agents did get a change of towels and linen which i found quite strange
the tv was not used because all the channels were in spanish. a english news channel or something like that would have been a plus.
on arriving at the complex we were issued with a map of mare verde buildings and it took some time to find the right apartment. when your dragging two suitcases around it can be a bit daunting.
the complex itself i have no complaints apart from a lick of paint and some tiles in the pools need replacing. dog and cat dirt was abundant in places.
i would go back to mare verde but next time it would be a one bedroom apartment.
the taxis that picked us up were bang on time and the guys were very courtious.
people who book this aparment should be made aware off the building site which your balcony overlooks. although there was little noise the dust from the big lorries was annoying.
the most serious gripe is the bedding and towels apart from that we had a good time. and our friends who were staying in the playa olid accross the road were impressed with the facilities available to us."

| "The property is very good value for money it's clean and well presented, the resort complex was very nice and the people were friendly. The studio could be improved by having a Tv with english speaking channels, daily/weekly maid service to provide fresh towels and bed linen and could also do with having a table on the balcony.Other than this the studio is a lovely place to stay on a budget break and serves it's purpose well."
